After years of being a faithful, happy customer I had an incredibly negative takeaway experience with The Bay Leaf in Pumpherston. The meal was cold and rubbery. It took the business around a week to offer me 50% off my next meal. I have never experienced this poor a level of customer service. I shall never be a customer of theirs again.

Delicious authentic Indian food. There are many options on the menu. Most curry dishes can be made with chicken, lamb, or prawns.Friendly and helpful staff.We enjoyed our dinner there and will be back.Highly recommended

Best takeaway indian restaurant in the area. Always get the same dish. Lamb rogan josh with egg fried rice. Rice is a game changer and what they recommended. Nice staff too. They are very welcoming.

Great meal, the service was really good and the food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Great value for money. Next time I'm in Scotland I would definitely make the effort to come here again. This is a restaurant that others should have as their benchmark. Congratulations on a awesome job!

Ordered the prawn curry but I wasn’t keen on the prawns, I felt they were over cooked and tasted rubbery which put me off, also sauce was a bit too runny for me.I will go back to my usual place which is The Dine in Broxburn.

This is truly the best Indian food I've ever had both at the restaurant and home delivery, we use quite often, have tried others with huge disappointment. Once you try you wont go anywhere else, perfect.
