Murray and Tom are amazing! We absolutely loved getting to know them and having them as part of our wedding day. They were professional and friendly and felt more like guests by the end of the day! We also had an engagement shoot with them, which was really wonderful and helped us to feel at ease.We really love the photographs, they capture the day perfectly and were just as we had wanted - casual and relaxed, really capturing the mood of the day! The presentation box and mini album that we received were a really lovely touch.We would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, they are really really lovely guys, and a real laugh, they put us at ease from the start and we are usually quite camera shy! We are so so happy we went with Tom and Murray for our wedding photographs. They were friendly, easy going, flexible and helped out with literally everything (whether that was helping the groom with this tie or fiddly buttons on the wedding dress)!They exceeded our expectations and made us so relaxed. As the groom is not a natural in front of the camera, they made sure to take the shots in a way that allowed him to relax and have fun with it. It was like hanging out with friends when we had our couple shots and then during the reception they seamlessly assimilated with the guests and popped up as and when we needed them.I love all the photographs and I only wish I had more!! All our family and friends raved about the photos and just said they perfectly captured the essence of our wedding day. I would highly recommend Tom and Murray to anyone getting married - I couldn't fault them!!

Tom and Murray are incredible photographers.They produced the most fantastic wedding photos to capture our special day, from getting ready right through to party time throughout the evening.They made us feel relaxed and at ease, Tom’s jokes certainly calmed everyone’s nerves! They made a real effort to get to know our daughter Brooke, which meant she really performed for the camera!I am so, so glad we chose One Thousand Words, I couldn’t have wished for a better pair to capture our day.Thank you so much guys x

We had Tom and Murray photographing our wedding day and they made the whole experience perfect, I didn't notice them taking photos which made the photos even better, the photos were amazing. I felt so at ease with them about. All our guests said how amazing they were and that they made them all smile, the children kept going up to Tom and Murray asking them to take their photo and they not only obliged but made sure they were having a great time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a photographer.

Choosing a photographer to capture your wedding day should not be underestimated. The day goes by so quickly but with the right photos you get to relive not just the events of the day but also the emotion - well, that's what we get to do because Tom & Murray did an outstanding job of capturing our special day.Leading up to the wedding the guys were really good at communication, we had to delay twice (thanks Covid) but the guys were great with the rearrangements, and afterwards kept us up to date on when we'd receive sneak peaks and final photos.They were an absolute delight on the day, Tom was promoted to honorary bridesmaid as he was on hand to help out with flowers and hair and definitely one of the girls".We trusted them 100% on the day

We first saw Tom and Murrays work in a photo book at a wedding venue and knew instantly they were the photographers we wanted. The story telling, natural style suited us perfectly as I didn't particularly like being photographer.On our first meeting Tom and Murray put us at ease and explained the whole process. They listened to all our worries and soon became an integral part of the planning process. They were patient and attentive at all times and were very flexible when the weather kept cancelling our engagement shoot.On the wedding day itself they were brilliant at putting everyone at ease and so many guests commented on how helpful and funny they were. It was like having your best friends take your photos. Tom and Murray had some really creative ideas that made for some memorable photos.The photos are breathtaking and really capture all those moments of the big day. For us our wedding photographer was one of the most important decisions to make for our wedding and felt pretty daunting to start with. Our experience with Tom and Murray was fantastic from the first time we met them and the resulting engagement and wedding pictures were beautiful! As with many, our wedding was postponed for a year and we then decided to have a smaller wedding as restrictions eased slightly. Nothing was ever too much and the advice that they could offer was a great comfort to us during a stressful and uncertain time. They are great guys and made us, and our guests, feel totally at ease and as a result captured so many beautiful moments to help us remember our day.
