Your Pet and Equine Heaven

Hi my cat Snowy passed away 12.20 PM Sunday I phoned Equine heavenLaura was very understanding arranged time very quickly within a hour or so after arrival Snowy was taken care of and cremated.I can’t thank Laura enough with thanks mark Snowy was a little shy of 19, her ashes were pick up following day -taken home.

From start to finish Laura has been nothing but amazing. I rang before 9am the morning after my beautiful horse Joe had to be PTS following colic surgery and she answered immediately. She gave me all the required information and was very sympathetic as I sobbed my way through the conversation. Her and her father collected Joe the same afternoon from Pembrokeshire. The way they handled the difficult recovery and how they reassured us was nothing but respectful from their arrival to departure. I cannot thank them enough for such an incredible service and for making what was my worst nightmare that bit easier knowing that Joe’s final journey was carried out with dignity and respect. I would never hesitate to use her again and highly recommend the service. Thank you Laura and your dad I will be forever grateful xx

We sadly had to put our gorgeous boy to sleep New years day. This whole experience was very traumatic for us! But Laura was amazing not only did she let us drop our boy off on New year's day she made the whole experience of doing this easy for us. We had his ashes back the next day and I felt at ease knowing Dudley was left in good hands and respected.Thank you so much LauraKatie&Luke x

Laura and her dad give a personal and caring sympathetic service to you at a time when you can’t think straight because you’ve lost your pal . My little mare treated with sincere dignity and their kind words helped me deal with the loss of such a cheeky personality. I’ll never be able to thank them enough for the invaluable service they provide.

I can't thank Laura enough for the empathy and professionalism she showed when our beatiful Ragdoll Oliver Twist passed unexpectantly. He was treated with respect and dignity and his ashes were back with us the next day. Highly recommended.

We lost our beloved George yesterday 28/5, we were met by Ruth at the crematorium and she was so kind to us. We didn't want to leave him at the vets and this was a much more personal service. He was returned to us in a beautiful urn engraved with his name the following day, which made a massive difference, having him back so soon. Thank you so much. We would highly recommend the service to anyone who loses a beloved pet.

The day I realised I was going to have to say goodbye to my best friend Arrow, I was in pieces. I text Laura as I couldn't talk through the tears, she got back to me straight away, was kind, compassionate and there was no pressure. Laura was really professional. When she came to collect Arrow, she was gentle and didn't rush me, despite it being in the evening and I felt she would really look after him. She reassured me he would not leave her care until he was returned to me the following day. I collected his ashes in a lovely oak casket the following day. Thank you Laura, you made everything a little easier.
