BOSS Menswear Store

very badly received, staff anything but pleasant, very disappointed gives a bad image of the brand. to avoid at all costs

The Cambridge Branch:Shocking service, took money for a suit, shirt and tie then failed to communicate and worse still update me on when to expect the actual delivery.The staff have over promised and under delivered twice with promises this week.More worrying is that NO ONE in logistics at HUGO BOSS knows where my suit is.... therefore leaving this and probably many stores exposed.From a personal POV I would never expect this from a brand like HUGO BOSS, it's utterly disgusting how detached from the customer HUGO BOSS are... they are happy to take your money yet fail to deliver on product and a sub-standard customer service.I hunted high and low for this particular suit and am truly shocked by the treatment.

We were in the store for a few minutes (around 12:30 on Sunday 16 July 2023) and twice the staff kicked out 2-4 teenagers who were well behaved supposedly because they can’t have « groups » in the store. It looked a lot like discrimination (the kids were not white). In addition, one of the members of staff was « guarding » the entry, didn’t say hello as we walked in and had a generally sloppy attitude (yawning, not helping clients). You would expect more out of a high end fashion store.

Me and my brv had a look earlier today. Didn't have no problems in the shop got looked after nice staff, got measured up for a suite witch will be with me in next 2 days lovely I can't moan I'm more then happy

I bought a shirt labelled with Easy-iron" from this brand. After wearing it I got some kind of skin irritation on my chest. I returned it to store to ask what this "Easy-iron" really is and they could not answer. They said that "I may have an allergy to elastane"

Today I needed help last minute shopping for my best friends wedding tomorrow. I was in a bit of a panic and it was a crazy day it being Black Friday. However, two women working in the Hugo Boss by Cambridge market saved the day !!! Honestly can’t thank them enough. Helped me so much, were so kind and helpful. Wish them a very merry Christmas. Great staff but limited goods. I went in there three times and they still didn't have the shoe size I needed.. got them on line at the end.

We were served by a gentleman from Italy. Really impressed with his professionalism, he went above and beyond in his service. Will definitely visit this store again.

Fantastic! My default blazer is Boss. It was Emporio Armani as a younger man. Emporio, rather Giorgio, because as someone who had worked in that milieu, I saw Emporio as being more dynamic. The wonderful staff did their best to help me find a nice piece and I was tempted by their jeans range but it just wasn't to be.Great building too!

Closed without notice before official closing time. Staff bored around the check out.
