I originally had my house on the market with a different estate agent and I guess was just very unlucky that whilst it generated offers very quickly, the sales subsequently fell through as the buyers lost their own sale. Things then went very quiet so I changed to Unique.I was pretty stressed about the whole situation at that stage however there are no words to describe the service and support I got from Unique. All the staff I had dealings with were totally professional and extremely supportive but most of my contact was with Dominica.My house sold within weeks and Dominica was totally on it chasing any outstanding queries and progressing the sale on a continual basis. In addition she kept me informed and up to date every step of the way.She also helped me a lot with the purchase of my new house. Despite the fact that there was a fairly long chain the whole process of sale and purchase was made a lot less stressful for me because of Dominica's work and efforts to keep the chain moving. I can't express how grateful I was for everything she did and in the unlikely event I was ever selling again I would want Dominica on it all the way.If you are looking for an estate agent you can't go wrong with Unique.

This company is an utter joke. Rang to view a house for let, told I'd be called soon as viewings take place. Rang after hearing nothing for 8 days to be told its closed now as viewings are booked up. The company is a joke. If this is how they run things it's a blessing we didn't get a rental with them!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to all the team for the amazing job they did selling my house. I was kept informed all the way, with text notifications of viewings and updates on the resulting sale. The whole process from start to finish only took a couple of months and I felt I was dealing with competent professionals who knew what they were doing and who also cared about doing a good job. Olivia and the unique team helped me sell my house after the first buyer pulled out last minute. From start to finish, the process was so easy and quick. Due to a 3rd party issue the buyer pulled out, however Olivia helped me save the sale within 24hrs and a week later we completed. Olivia did not stop at just selling the property, she helped bring it to completion. Amazing service and I couldn’t be more grateful. I would recommend Unique to anyone wanting to buy or sell their house. You won’t find a better agent in the Fylde area.

Dominica and Olivia were both absolutely fantastic throughout the whole house buying process. This was our first purchase and they guided us through and helped us overcome many many obstacles, I must have phoned Dominica twice a week at some points. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and if you ever need to buy or sell a house, then these are definitely the people you want on your side! Thanks again for everything!!!

Bought our new home through Unique recently. From start to finish they went the extra mile, helping us to find local contractors to check things like the electrics and central heating, as we lived out of the area. Any queries we raised though Unique to the seller were dealt with quickly and fully. Special mention for Dominica and Olivia who were not only helpful but also friendly and made us feel very comfortable in asking any questions. Unique? They certainly are.

Wow what an estate agent Unique in Thornton is...at last one that gives estate agents a good name!!The team of Olivia, Dominica, Sam, Sarah & Rachel are truly professional in their jobs and their fantastic property knowledge, friendly customer service and prompt feedback is to be admired no matter how busy they are during the viewing to offer stage.Then they excel again once an offer has been agreed due to their excellent understanding of the selling/buying process which no doubt ensures the sale progresses quickly and they continually keep all parties informed throughout this whole process.They seem to treat every sale as if it were their own home they are selling/buying and they have a warm, welcoming, understanding and personable nature whenever you need to speak to them.This is 3rd time I have dealt with Unique now in Thornton to sell property (March 2020 3 bed detached, Dec 2021 4 bed detached & Oct 2022 3 bed semi) and on each occasion I cannot fault the team no matter who you speak with.You can try the rest but I only use the best...and that's the team in Thornton...Olivia, Dominica, Sam, Sarah and Rachel.Thanks for selling 3 properties for me and making the process easy.Adrian Thornton
