This company is amazing customer service is the best I spoke to a lovely young lady on a Sunday she helped me a lot ! I don’t think I would get this sort of service in any customer service I got my tiles perfectly packed not a single scratch.... will definitely order again

I have just finished renovating a cottage in Dorset built in 1860 which had fallen into disrepair. UK Tiles Direct designed and fitted out the two bathrooms, supplying the bathroom fitments and the tiles. The tiling is international standard and all the bathroom fitments work well with the cottage. I particularly specified that I wanted the showers to have good pressure which UK Tiles ensured. I would recommend them as a company with professional integrity and high standards.

Delivered a box of tiles the wrong colour. Emailed customer services, no response. Countless phone calls, no response. Message on Facebook no response. Another email, no response. Still waiting to speak to someone 5 days after delivery with tiler waiting.
