We had the most amazing experience at UK Baby Center. Arriving we had no idea on any prams or how anything worked as first time parents overwhelmed with the choice! Lisa was so patient and showed us every single pram even though the shop was super busy she did not rush us at all until we decided on the Icandy bundle. Lisa was so lovely and can’t thank her enough for all of her help and even helping putting it all together and in the car. Even her colleague was super wonderful when I had to go back for extra help he lifted the pram in the car with me and made sure I knew how to use it before leaving. Best expensive ever! Thank you Lisa and the team!

Recommended by a friend. Visited warehouse, so much on display to look at and try out! Elise offered to help us, couldn’t have been more informative and patient as we asked lots of questions! Elise demonstrated the full use of the pram bundle. They had amazing deals throughout the store even on new release products. We highly recommend!

What can I say, such a brilliant store and none like it around this area! Super informative and the staff sure know their stuff, really helped us in choosing the right pram and car seat (as we are first time parents) & we weren't in the know whatsoever. No pushy sales at all which we loved, the only down side is there no longer open on a weekends which is super frustrating :(. Thanks again for your help, we will be sure to visit again soon.

Having recently purchased our travel system we were really impressed with the variety of products on offer. A special thanks to Ollie for explaining and demonstrating the iCandy, which we subsequently purchased. Ollie is really knowledgeable and helpful, he even installed the car seat for us! Highly recommend and will use again.

Really poor customer service when dealing with warranty issues, our car seat which we bought in April became faulty. Arranged for it to be collected to go back to cybex for fixing, however parcel has gone missing which I appreciate isn't UK baby centres fault however the attempted resolution and communication in the 3 weeks since I posted it has been abysmal, multiple emails ignored, phone calls have been made with little to no resolution. Extremely disappointing given the cost of car seats and the trust you put in them as a retailer. Won't be buying again.

Wow what a fabulous store! My daughter, one year old granddaughter and I went there for the first time today and we loved it. We went looking for a lightweight stroller and are absolutely delighted with our purchase. We were helped by Charlotte who was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so knowledgeable, supportive and compassionate. She went the extra mile and we can’t thank her enough. Best wishes from the three of us. We’ll be back!
