Very helpful staff.The self-service teller downstairs isn't very functional if you have to always seek assistance from the staff who find it difficult at times to operate it. It's not user-friendly .They have a good return and refund policy. Got a t-shirt that faded after the first wash and they changed it without any hesitation.

Sizing is very hit and miss. Ordered 2 pairs of jeans, both in the same size, which is my correct size and is the same at other companies. 1st pair fit on the waist but were a little tight. 2nd pair couldn't even get halfway up. Both the same size and colour. I don't understand how they can differ so much.

Loved the shop, we both found and bought what we went for, we paid for our items £ 78/9 quid, as we left the buzzer went off so we were taken back to the counter so the assistant could check our goods, she removed a tag very apologetically and we left again , no buzz this time . ANYWAY I have just taken a blouse out of the bag to hang up only to find..... you guessed it another bloody tag !!!! so cant wear it . We are an hour away from the shop so it will have to be another journey, (never mind the petrol and waste of time) back to the shop and all because the assistant didn't double check our purchases properly, (NOTE TO SELF !!!!!! AND TO YOU WHO ARE READING THIS CHECK YOUR OWN STUFF FOR TAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SHOP.

Well, only went into look , came out with linen shirt and trousers oh well ,we haven't got h&m in Grimsby.

Excellent shop always able to get what my daughters want, far superior to next.

Great selection for women if smaller sizes (ie us slightly plus sized girls in height & length are restricted!). Not big enough selection for men.

Way too hot in side this store not helped by massive queues and only two till staff

Quite a small store for a City. A small range of womens, mens and children's wear. Everything in H&M always seems closely packed making it difficult to look through rails and not very wheel chair friendly. They have some great buys but I have tended to steer more to shopping online rather than in store.

The retail stores rarely hold any mens clothing above XL and 38 waist
