BUYERS BEWARE! We bought a property from Harvey Construction using Lanes New Homes as the agency.We moved in over 6 months ago. They initially told us that the gate would be completed before we moved in and then push back giving us multiple dates where the gates were not installed.They have been ignoring us and giving us false dates. They are passing the blame onto each other and not collaborating with the residents of these properties.Please make sure that everything has been finished before buying any properties from them.

Cannot recommend Lanes New Homes highly enough! Right from the first contact when enquiring about a property up until the day of completion (in fact further assistance after this too!) Helen was just great! She did everything she could to assist with the transaction and help keep things moving.
