Robbed with false details and promises:I purchased Insignia from the dealer, a headlight was not working, promised that you take the car today, I have ordered the light and my mechanic will fix it up. Trusted the guy and made payment, and keep waiting for the headlight to get repaired. But he keep saying that he is still looking for it from somewhere, after even 6 months he is not able to fix that, When I ask if you are not able to find the old, plz get a new and denied saying it's too much cost him for a new. I can not drive without lights, so I kept it in my home in hope that he will fix but nothing, stopped picking calls.Now recently car started showing big problems, when a third party mechanic scanned that car, there are hell lots of parts those were showing error from history, it costed 1000 to get it working and the still not able to get lights,anyone around who can guide me how I can I take a legal action against him as I have purchase proofs and everything. But if you trying to find a car, his cards will look good but for someone who have no knowledge of cars, please avoid as the person is not trustworthy at all.

Kamal was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy, he help with all questions and requests and went out of his way to make sure we could do the sale and p/x at a time more convenient to me. I am more than happy with the Kuga, and warranty provided. I will easily recommend Kamal to any car buying friends or family.

While I did not end up buying the car due to external factors, I can still say that Kamal's customer service was 10/10, when I called to book, he was pleasant but didn't waste time, when I met him in the day for the test drive, he explained all of the features of the car showed me how to test everything I wanted to and we even talked about other things outside of the car, with Kamal being very easy to talk to.

Kamal was very friendly and professional when we came to view a car for my sister in law, let us take a couple of cars out for test drive, left us to look around the car and was on hand when we needed him. We walked away with a car and signed everything within 1 hour, quick and friendly, Will definitely use again and also will recommend to friends and family!
