I’ve been to Phoenix Wellness a few times now and every session has been outstanding. Mila is not only skilled at what she does but she a knowledgeable and insightful therapist who really engages with her clients. I couldn’t recommend Phoenix Wellness enough and can’t wait for my next session.

I'm don't normally like to post a negative review, however on this occasion, I feel I have no option.My wife made an appointment with phoenix wellness for a lymphatic massage and as she was unsure of the area, she left in plenty of time fearing she would be late but arrived at the property 14 minutes early and was met by an abrupt proprietor (name unknown as she didn't even introduce herself). The conversation continued with her stating that clients arriving early had a negative impact on her business however if she had simply asked politely,My wife would have offered to wait in the car until the appropriate time. Such was her tone, my wife offered to leave as she was upset and crying at the way she was spoken to..My wife has been recovering from cancer and also has fibromyalgia and was looking forward to a pleasant and beneficial experience . Reference was made to cancer and the fact that the treatments offered in the UK are substandard in comparison to Germany. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I would be very interested to find out if she is qualified to make such an assumption? My wife simply paid in good faith for a massage which she eventually received but was made to feel belittled . The proprietor stated that the reason for my wifes upset was due to how my wife was feeling but in all honesty it was simply down to the proprietors manner.Reference was also made to the fact her husband lost his job last week,and although my wife sympathises with this, she didn't feel that that it was appropriate to mix her personal life with her business.The massage itself felt good but under no circumstances would she ever return.It was highly inappropriate to discuss the apparent inadequacies of our nhs in the way it deals with cancer in comparison to germany" especially to a client who has received such treatment and lives with the worry that it could return. This lady should consider her words more carefully and have more consideration for her clients."

Can't recommend highly enough. Mila has helped my back pain in just one deep tissue massage. Each massage is specific to what your body needs, treatment room is very calming. Mila is also very calming and personable. My visits are the hilight of my week

She taylors each treatment to you after initial consultation goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Location and ambiance is special very calming and relaxing. Had a wonderful Uplifting Facial with Mila at Phoenix Wellness: a great, in-depth look at my particular requirements first, then total relaxation. Mila obviously loves her work and is passionate about helping people through therapies - I haven’t been so relaxed in ages!

I would highly recommend a visit to Melia at Phoenix Wellnes. She is an intuitive, skillful and knowledgeable practitioner who listens to what you want to get from your treatment and then works with your body.After only one session my back pain had subsided and I was moving more freely. A truly wonderful relaxing experience in a calming atmosphere. Defo the best massage and outcomes I have experienced.
