I've used Napthens twice and had great service both times. The app they use keeps you up to date with the progress of your case, at the same time you can use email or phone if you prefer (although I believe ID checks had to be done through the app). Will use them again the next time I need similar services

At this moment in time I am using napthens for the sale and purchase of properties the Initail phone calls were very positive paperwork sent very quickly to us was completed in 2 days and sent back.No further contact for over 2 weeks had to ring to be told fees needing paying no problem but an email or call to let us know would of sorted this.Fees paid no further contact with the lady handling the case phone call after phone call no call backs , emails after email on the app I might add nothing back.Phoned today 13/7/23 as my buyers solicter hasn't received any emails back to the ones they sent weeks ago asked for a phone call back didn't receive one.Not having a great time with them at this moment in time my buyer and who I am buying from have all there solicters work done and are waiting on me survey this can be sorted out quickly might add I relayed this information was told it would be pushed through quickly.Would just like some transparency and honesty in thus day and age an email is not a hard thing to send.

First choice solicitors!I would only ever use Napthens Solicitors following our excellent experience using them to sell our home and purchase our new home.Their communication is excellent and always pick up the phone or answer an email.The app is a great tool to get updated on the steps through the process and share information.Their advice is balanced and unemotional which fills you with confidence.They liaised with all the other parties throughout the process and updated us whenever possible.They work super efficiently and as soon as something was required it happened straight away.Compared to our buyers and sellers solicitors Pamela was outstanding. It was a complex process taking nearly 7 months to complete. Where other parties made it painful, Pamela and Liam helped remove the stress and pain for us. I just wish everyone operated at the same level as Napthens, we would have completed in far less time!
