Jazzercise Witham

I knew I needed to lose a bit of weight, I knew I needed to improve my fitness,  I also knew that the Gym bored me so much that I had no motivation to go.  A friend recommended Jazzercise to me. I found my local group and discovered there was a special offer on for my first 3 classes.  I walked in to find lots of smiling faces of people all ages, shapes and sizes which instantly put me at ease.Class one, I came out of there grinning from ear to ear and couldn't stop talking about it the next day.Class two was just as much fun and I found I'd already mastered some of the steps.By Class three I was absolutely hooked.I'm now 2 stone lighter and consider myself to be quite fit.Jazzercise is everything I was looking for in a fitness class and more. I've met the most amazing people who have become some of my best friends.I'm still hooked, I still leave every class with a grin on my face and i still can't stop talking about it. I recently discovered that my first class was almost 10 years ago!  Time really does fly when you're having fun.If you've never tried it, give it a go, I promise you won't regret it!
