Neve ever buy anything from this shop. Absolutely disgusting behavior with customers and they don't complete the job, leaves it half done and if you ask them to fix it they threaten you. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but to post the review you have to select at least 1 star. Never buy anything from there.

Service excellent, from the welcome in store to delivery and fitting.I cannot thank you enough. My carpet looks amazing. You're guys were brilliant, so professional and friendly.Definitely recommendations from this house to friends and more business from us too.Not forgetting great value for money.Thanks again. Yesterday we had our carpet done by the workers from modern. My parents are really happy with the work they did. They did a really good job. The carpets were fitted nicely and it’s so comfortable to sit down on. Also, these brothers were very polite and respectful.They were able to communicate in the language my parents speak so that was a perk. My parents were comfortable speaking to them also. All in all, I would definetely recommend this place for any looking to get their carpet done.

Solid job, replaced my carpets and the brothers did a quality job, everything done within a day, all rubbish taken and the fitting is perfect! Definitely would recommend and use them again, although it might be a while as the carpets are solid!

Placed my carpet order on Thursday and they did they measurements and fitting the next day. Amazing service and great communication. Never fails to impress, our go to company for carpets for years. Thank you!

This is the shop where I got flexible services and best prices ever.Those staffs who work there very cordial and lovely.The quality of the furniture of this shop is very good and long lasting.Overall, this shop is the best for buying furniture in london.

If I can give no star it would've been great.the customer service is poor very poor, false promises they said they would do everything and have it ready for delivery aswell as fitting. Once money has been paid..the excuses keep on coming in one after another.. Very selfish very rude unprofessionals who wants money and not. Care about the customer well no customers no money two way street I rather go to someone else avoid this place the people in there are not very proffeesinal and they can't even fit the produts. Also tried to. Pull a fast one and give us one less item.Wedding set including table chairs bedside and sofa etc the whole lot but not happy with them I rather give my money to someone else business avoid this place!!!

I purchased carpet for my bedroom from this store and also got it fitted by them. I am very satisfied with their service. The team was very friendly and professional. They worked very quickly and efficiently and now I have top quality carpet in my bedroom. Thank you for the hardwork especially in this heat (it was around 30° today, extremely hot!)
