Mortgage Maker

I would highly recommend Mortgage Maker for people with not so perfect credit files who need some expertise. Danielle is a miracle worker & I would thoroughly recommend her. After several rejections from other Mortgage Brokers Danielle was able to secure a competitive mortgage offer for myself. I have several defaults from 5 years ago and a couple of late payments against recent credit cards. This meant that normal high street lenders (Lloyds/Halifax) wouldn't even look at my application.

Steve has been absolutely brilliant!!… He literally made finding a new mortgage so easy… He explained everything in detail, went through lots of different options & made the whole process really easy to understand… He was always at the end of the phone with any questions I had… I am so glad he was recommended to me - I will certainly be recommending him to other people!!!

We have recently purchased our first home and from my first phone call with Lisa I knew she’d look after us. She was a fantastic help talking us through the whole process, easy to talk to and always available to answer any queries, she really did make the process of purchasing a house a pleasure. Vicky was recommended by a good friend who's supposed to be pretty good with self-employed individuals. Initially she came across as professional and helpful however lacks the personal touch, a bit robotic with her response and approach to things. As soon as she learned about my situation which is not as straightforward or ''easy money'' as she would have liked, she became disinterested, even after my situation has improved she has totally ignored my contacts. She only seem to have contacts with the bigger high street lenders, so if you're after someone who is on the ball, persistent on trying to source you a deal high and low, she might not the be the best person for the job. She said she could source a deal within 24 hours, then it became 1 week then 1 month later still nothing. I'm sure, if your situation is less complicated, she can get it done. Another thing is she doesn't answer her calls, she gives you a time when she will call but the last two times she was late. As a first time buyer who has little experience in the whole process to come across someone like that is disheartening.
