Horrible customer serviceRespond times take 2 working days and their customer service number is just computer generated and cuts the call every time. Held onto my parcel for a whole week, had issues at customs and they still didn't advise me on what to do to get it released on time. In the end had to request for my parcel back and a full refund. Was better off delivering the parcel abroad to the receiver myself! Do not use them instead go for DHL Express

I do not understand how can this be the “leading” delivery service in the UK. Worst service ever. Not even worth explaining my experience, just try and avoid at all costs!!!!

I would give zero if possible. Unfortunately the fresh food company I use have to use them. Broken boxes of frozen goods, food left on door stop twice. Two incidents last year with fresh items not delivered for two weeks. A rug two weeks ago just left while the driver got back in his van so my children helped me to get in the house. This company should not be allowed to operate. Refuse to send me a complaints form. ignore any of my online queries. How can this still be allowed? Absolutely disgraceful excuse for a 'company'.

Parcel was due to be delivered on the 28th of October, it wasn't. When I tried tracking it it said delivery had been refused. Absolutely fuming as I hadn't refused it and have been waiting for the car seat, which I absolutely need, for about 2 weeks now. I thought Hermes/Evri was a rubbish company, DHL is on the same level. Avoid!!!

They're not even worthy of a single star rating. Initially, I had a business account with them. However, they progressively halted their collection service and simultaneously raised the fees. Consequently, I was forced to transport the parcels to their depot, incurring additional costs. Despite my persistent attempts to contact my account manager through emails, there has been a complete lack of response.

I have paid for my parcel to be picked up from my adress, no one ever showed up, the day after i went to the nearest pick up point and left the parcel there, a week later i get an e-mail saying that the delivery has failed, the person i was sending the parcel to never had any notes left as if the delivery was never there, on my tracking site its still saying awaiting collection from my adress, and in the e-mail it says it failed to deliver and if i want to see my parcel sent back to me i have to pay additional £29. What sort of scam is this? Pure theft.

Disgusting service. It took day before they even collected the parcel from the drop off point. And the customer service is non existent
