KIS gave me a fair quote and provided an excellent service. They were friendly and professional. I’ve had no issues since they carried out the repair yet if I did they said I could give them a call. I am ever grateful as they saved me from being grossly over charged by another roofer and being stuck with a leaky roof. I have recommended them to friends and family.

I was being let down by numerous roofers who gave me one day and wouldnt turn up. I came across Ben from Kempton Installation Systems Ltd on check a trade. I liked his honesty with booking me in and gave me a day where the team turned up. They did an amazing job and were clean with the work. His quote for the job was fair and I was impressed by his professionalism. Would highly recommend!

We had our chimney taken down. Right from speaking to the owner at very first contact to actually having the work done was less than 3 days. The quote was fantastic and the owner was very helpful right from the get go and his team were fantastic. Turned up on time and got the work done very quickly and to an extremely good standard. We were over the moon with the results. You would never know the chimney was there. Highly recommended. Thank you so much

Used this company, the director Ben is very good but the work ethic of his workers is very poor and unprofessional. I was told the roof needed the last 3 rows of tiles removed and new felt put underneath with an EPS system added. I also asked to have any broken tiles replaced and made good. However, the EPS system had been fitted incorrectly and put over the top of the felt instead of underneath and few of the broken tiles were replaced and the gutter started leaking after it was taken down and not water tested when replaced . When I asked one of the workers why pieces were missing or incorrectly fitted or leaking, I was told they were in a hurry!…Wow was my initial reaction. After the job was ‘done’ I had to inspect the roof for faults myself and had to have them back to fix the faulty or missing roof components or leaking gutters on 4 occasions, to the point where the director had to oversee the work being done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company and can’t understand why the roofers should provide such poor quality workmanship for a pensioner on limited income.

A great, quick and reliable service we have received from Kempton Installation Systems Ltd. We had some work done with our roof including priming, lead flashing, installing of felt patch to fix a roof leak we had and we are super happy with the work. The leak has now stopped and the service we received from beginning to end was fantastic. Would highly recommend if you need any repair work to your roof.
