Care Move

We have recently moved house and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Care Move. Bernadette come to the house first and was prompt, friendly and professional. The boxes and packing equipment came in plenty of time and was good quality stuff. On the day the men who moved us worked so hard, they were with us all day and didn’t stop. There was lots to move but they didn’t moan one and kept smiling and getting on with it. Our bed was partially hard to take apart and rebuild but the men were superb and managed to do it. I would 100% recommended this company, they provide a great service with hard working staff. Thank you to all who helped us move that day, Emma

Absolute nightmare experience with this company. The guys that moved me were great and very easy to deal with despite very long delays to my completion. However the owner Bernadette was appalling. She kept changing her mind about costs and when payment was due. She was incredible rude and demanding, very unprofessional and the worst experience I've ever had with a company. She made an already difficult move 1000 times worse, not at all what you'd hope for from a professional removals company

Absolutely fantastic service from Bernadette and the men.. from the initial quotation, our goods going into storage and being delivered.. we couldn't have asked for a better service. No damages, quick, professional and made what seemed a nightmare a dream.. thank you care move!!

Care Move, moved us two weeks ago, we were absolutely delighted with there service from start to finish, Bernadette, was very helpful and very quick to arrange the quotation and arrange boxes, she accommodate for those unforeseen change of date you encounter when moving home and the guys on the day could not have been any more helpful, even though we were delayed until 3;45 pm in picking up the keys, they work very hard without any complaints until past 8:00 pm on a Friday evening. We had no damages and covers were placed all around the house to stop marks on the carpets.I would without doubt recommend them to anyone any day of the week!

From start to finish Bernadette and the Care move team were brilliant. The move went smoothly, and the lads were very helpful. They worked hard on the day and efficiently. I would most definitely recommend them and use them again myself.

Care Move were both helpful and responsive when I moved house. Coming to the rescue at short notice they provided a professional service on the day. Despite aweful weather the team were cheerful and obliging throughout ensuring that nothing got damaged during the short move from Sutton to Burton.

I had an absolute nightmare with these guys. The guys on the ground were fine but massively understaffed for the job, I ended up packing most of my own stuff even though I’d paid for the service. On the day of the move my stuff was put out on the drive in the rain because they were on another job on the same day. If they damage anything good luck getting that past the owner who has zero responsibility and will literally tell you to get lost once she’s been paid.On top of this the owner has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude and obnoxious people I’ve ever dealt with - should be renamed “couldn’t care less move” trust me when I say I have never had a more stressful experience than dealing with her.

I would definitely use Care Move removals again. Bernadette was quick with the quote and very efficient whenever I rang. The two guys Paul and George did really well in getting the move done even when our larger items couldn't fit into our new house. They showed perseverance in their various attempts at all angles showing their commitment and patience to us. Well done guys.

I have used very good removals services before and been pleased with them. However, Care Move provides a service that is significantly better than any of them.They weren't the cheapest quote I had, but on value for money they were the best.Oh, and the men doing the removal were a fun and professional team who took a lot of stress away for me.

Wouldn’t recommend this removal company. I found Bernadette to be quite rude and the removal guys sighed and moaned whilst moving the boxes into our new house. One of the removal men actually said ‘OMG what a house’ in a sarcastic way when he saw the steep stairs in our property which wasn’t nice to hear when moving into your new propertyWe asked for certain items to be put in rooms and this wasn’t done.Also, we asked for boxes to be dropped off before the move date and had an email reply to say these will come with the removal men on the day of the move. Not ideal as we wanted to pack in advance but we went with it, no boxes came with the lorry! And then the men moaned at us for not having our items in bags instead of boxes
