Always excellent service and care from our nanny/ mothers helper Sara, our daughter Mia loves her days out at soft play, baby groups and feeding the ducks at the parks. There are always big smiles when Sara arrives in the morning and I know that Mia is in safe hands.Sara’s support and assistance has been vital in me being able to give full care to Mia and to get us out and about due to my medical condition.

I have used Watch Me Grow for a couple of years now, and the experience has always been great! I request for a lot of ad hoc childcare to cover my working commitments - Katie has always been brilliant with arranging everything for me. She replies very quickly, and tries to ask for the same people so we have continuity with who comes to care for our children. We currently have Alice who comes to care for our children, often at short notice! I honestly would not be able to work without this service, and my children are really happy playing and chatting away to Alice while I get on with my work. This really is a brilliant service!!

I can't recommend Watch me grow enough. We had Alice look after our little girl (2 yrs old) a couple of times for baby sitting in an evening and then on our wedding day. She is fab! So lovely, friendly and accommodating, we will definitely be using again :)Katie is also great to deal with when booking - gets back to you quickly and is very helpful! Thanks both x

Excellent childcare service! Katy is always kind and has done her absolute best to meet our needs asa family. This year was a tough one for us but thanks to Katy, our kids have an amazing nanny they feel so comfortable with!

Worked for Katie and she was nothing but professional, got put with a lovely little family that suited me down to the ground. The care of the children is always at the forefront of her mind and that’s what you want from a childcare service. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, affordable childcare!!

Very friendly and professional childminders. I have requested a childminder/babysitter at very short notice on several occasions and always been provided with one. It's a very reliable service and have never had an issue with any aspect of care provided for my 2 year old son. I would recommend this service to others.

I was told about Watch me grow childcare by a friend because I needed somebody to watch my two preschoolers while I was working in the area.They responded straight away, and found somebody for me at really short notice.Caitlin was just wonderful, and my children adored her. She was equally as good with my 18 month old and her routine as she was with my energetic 4 year old. Both of them were very sad when their time with her was over. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, and would certainly love to see Caitlin again if we were back in the area. Thank you

Amazing company! I have had a few different nannies and all have been fab! Katie ( the owner ) has always been really helpful, professional and understanding about my sons behavioural problems. Katie has always found me someone available to help while I work long hours on a weekend! I literally wouldn't have been able to go to work on those dates otherwise! The most recent nanny I have had Vanessa was absolutely wonderful, my son had the best day with her and I could totally relax while I was at work knowing he was happy!If you are looking to hire a nannie from this company I would highly recommend :)
