We had our daughters 10th birthday party at the ninja course. Staff are fantastic with a special shout out to our party host Beth who was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The girls had great fun and would definitely recommend. My only slightly negative comments are that the toilets in the ninja area are a little rough and ready, and it's cold for spectators so wrap up.

Went on Saturday and paid for the Ninja assault course, the staff were all very helpful and friendly but my 2 lads who are 14 only really enjoyed the course for about 20 minutes as there wasn't much too it and they completed it 4 times in about 10 minutes, we decided to ask could we go into the inflatable park for the last 40 minutes and the receptionist kindly said yes, no problem, so we had an absolute ball in there and the kids loved every minute. We could've stayed another hour, all the staff were friendly operating the activities and overall it was a great hour and a half spent and we'll definitely be back

Attended recently for my daughters birthday party and it did not disappoint. All the kids had a great time playing in the inflatable play area. We had party room that kids could get juice throughout their play time and keep hydrated. Once the hour of play was up kids retreated to the party room and got some tasty pizza (which was plentiful) followed by ice cream! With party package adults also got tea and coffee included which was nice touch.From the first minute to the last our party host was really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much hassle. She kept us updated throughout and we never felt rushed at any point. Would recommend for any kids party.

We had a great afternoon here. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the facilities are great. Skydive was extremely enjoyable and my 1.5year old loved the inflatable park. Highly recommend.

We did indoor sky diving and used the inflatable park here.The instructors were brilliant with the kids for the sky diving. Lots of patience.The inflatable area was fun for the whole family though the parents were half dead before the end. A great day out.

Staff are lovely, very few of them. Equipment is clean and well maintained but not well manned. Too many people are allowed in at once. The place is used as a drop off centre for delinquents. The three strike your out rule doesn't apply as nobody is monitoring their children. How nobody has been badly damaged by poor use of equipment, kids jumping on other kids or generally not following a single rule. I paid for two hours for 5 of us, we left an hour early because it was barbaric. I've never been so appalled at how poorly managed a place is. I don't blame we are vertigo entirely, it just hasn't been managed well. They need to reduce their numbers, have a 1:2 ratio for guardians or man every single bit of equipment. It's such a shame that people are animals and let their offspring wreck and ruin. A lot of money down the drain and kids very upset. I personally won't be back.

Inflatable bounce zone is great. Kids of all ages will have a ball.The skydive is a 2min session in the wind tunnel. Book the gold package as you get 4 minutes in 2 separate 2min sessions where you have the advantage of the first try. Otherwise can seem very expensive for 2 minutes

Such fun in this place. We really enjoyed the activities and with the current offer on, 3 for 2 it was reasonable value. It was £67 for 1 adult and 2 kids for an hour on the bouncy area and an hour on the ninja course. People can, of course, decide for themselves if they see that as value. We were happy. Plenty of staff around who were friendly and helpful. I knocked it down to 3 stars because the toilets were in urgent need of a clean and the little cafe area could do with a re-think in terms of furniture, products on sale and general set up. Definitely recommend, we will be back.

Went with family. Great activity my only issue was that some of the doors were too narrow for an adult wheelchair but only by a tiny amount. Was fun to watch and the staff were very professional and friendly. They have good coffee in the cafe too.
