Crispy duck

One of our favourite go-to places! The food is great and the servers and other employees are wonderful. You can't beat a £8 lunch buffet that is this good.

Well, the food was decent. Some food items were cold and not steamy hot. Chinese restaurant, Chinese food value for money. But only because of the quality of food I would give it a 3 star.

Highly recommend this place for those who want the best Chinese food in town. The food is very tasty, the quality is very high across the board..Customer service is very good, very friendly, fast and outgoing staff. I always feel welcome here, will bring my friends and family on my next visit.

Sorry but food is awful, either too salty, over fried, too tangy, the sauce in the beef was too guey... tasteless....the food does not seem to be professionally cooked... it could have been anyone let's say a housewife/househusband cooking a meal. I am soooo surprise that people are giving 5*, when it is clearly not. I am not a fussy eater but apreciate decent food. The buffet cart was half empty, when we asked they started to bring one at a time but the whole experience let down by the chef. I have eaten at Dragon King in Park Royal and that was lovely maybe they need to send their chef there for training. Place look bit shabby n outdated. Staff were friendly and the bill surpringly reasonable but still feel it was a waste of money. Please change your CHEF!!!!!!

I wanted to give this place another chance as I heard this had changed hands but really wish I hadn't bothered. Bad points: the food was tasteless, most of it was cold, waited 10 minutes for waiter to come and take our drinks order and there was only 3 other tables in there, the buffwr was only half full and the desserts again were tasteless. Good points were when I asked for cream they brought it straight away, the freshly cooked area was clean and my husband enjoyed his meal from there, bill was reasonable and friendly staff but I'm going to have to agree with other reviews, they definitely need a new chef!!! Really tasteless food, shredded chilli pork and hong kong sweet and sour chicken tasted the same, ribs were stone cold yuk!! Such a shame.

Amazing place. Best to ask for whatever dish you like and they cook it from scratch, the buffet is really good too - lots of selections of meat and seafood. Lovely staff too, very friendly. Really good valie

RIP (Rest in peace). Crispy Duck (formerly Shanghai) was my awesome and great buffet, I have enjoyed eating there from 2013 to 2017. I will miss this amazing service and food I have ever experienced.

This restaurant is too good and to be honest, it actually has Real Chinese Food For Once. The owner of the restaurant is warm and welcoming, and the hygiene of the restaurant is amazing. You'll always have a constant attention from the staffs, they're loyal and friendly. Prices for the buffet is good, and it's actually worth it and the food is absolutely stunning! Highly recommended to people, who would want experience real Chinese food!
