The Tanning Shop Oxford

I went for a spray tan only to come out and have to ask as I was unsure the spray had come out! The lady said should have but I'll check and yes the bottle was syiil full. Had to wait as the lady Olivia cleaned the booth and was most apologetic . After ring head office to be told to try again! I've heard a few people since I posted on my Instagram there is constantly problems. Olivia set it all up agina for me and it was ok I think!! But not impressed at all but would like to say that Olivia couldn't of been more helpful and apologies, but after paying £19 not sure I would risk going again esoespeesp as I was in a rush.

Rude staff. Tanning machine was dripping all over me. Awful experience. They do not care about their clients at all. My tan has drip marks all over my body and I will look so bad at my event tomorrow now :(. When I call them they pick up and speak but when I mention my issue with the marks on my body the lady pretends not to hear me.

I have been using the tan shop for many years and see staff come and go to much. Recently the shop looks so much cleaner and the gentleman ( new manager I believe) is friendly and welcomes me with a smile on every visit.

Love coming to the tanning shop, And love having the best welcome from James hes AMAZING always very helpful. The place is always very clean and tidy. always such a pleasurable experience highly recommend :)

Store manager very rude and didn't seem interested at all. Urine on floor in toilets. Hairs in machine. I used to go here last year and it was a lot better under old staff.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PAID FOR MY SPRAY TAN AND DIDN'T GET IT OR A REFUND!The shop assistant turned up 10 mins late and there was already a queue of people. Even though I had booked my appointment for 10am, someone else was put in front of me. Then the tanning machine didn't work and the shop assistant tried a number of times to get it working again (it had worked for the customer who was put in front of me), by which time it was already 45 mins after my initial appointment time. When she gave up she initially offered me a refund in cash (even though I had already paid on an Australian credit card) but I refused as I wanted the money put back onto my card. When she called to find out if she could do the refund directly to my card she then took another 10 mins discussing the problem with the machine while I was waiting – this is something that should have been done after I left. I was then told that she couldn't give me the refund either by cash or put back on my card and I was told to call Head Office. She could not then suggest anywhere else that I may be able to get a spray tan in time for the ball I will be going to tomorrow.Having wasted my entire morning with this issue I then called Head Office to try to get my refund and was then told that my complaint needed to be put in writing and that I would get a response within 4-5 working days. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The issue with the refund should have been dealt with in the shop, and having failed that I should be able to speak to someone directly about my concern and have the refund put back on my card straight away

Birthday Spray tan! Georgia was so lovely helping my friends and I select our spray tan colours this morning. She was super knowledgeble and patient with those of us who had not had a spray tan before and eased our nerves. 10/10 service and great result! Thanks so much <3

Been regular for over 3 years, staff been coming and going way too much and been extremely rude lately, trouble started when one of the girls charged me twice accidentally"

I went to ask about deals and was spoken to so rudely by the girl behind the counter, fairly annoyed as my girlfriend comes here a lot and I wanted to get her a package for summer I won’t come here again. Abrasive customer service isn’t the way to go if you want to sell stuff.

I had a spray tan a few days ago and I am really pleased with the fantastic results. James the manager was very helpful and advised me on what would be best for me as it was my first visit. He was very professional and made my experience at the tanning shop enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for another spray tan. The shop was very clean and welcoming. Brilliant thank you !
