The Mechanic took my Kuga 2014 for a test run.I asked him to check my front tyres for road noise. They had supplied and fitted them a short time ago. I was shocked when he told me the noise was due to my front wheel bearings.

Three times I’ve used this place and each time it’s been a woeful experience. I have to use National Tyres as my lease company have a contract with them.First two times they ordered me the wrong tyres even though I pointed out my car needed a specific EV tyre and they failed. The third visit they ordered the correct tyre (hoorah!) then failed to inflate the tyres to the correct pressure. 10psi too low. To make things worse, their balancing machine was not working so they just sent me out without telling me they weren’t balanced! Pathetic and dangerous!I finally got sorted out by the Halfords Centre in College Milton North (part of the same group) who were friendly, helpful and efficient. Don’t use National if you can avoid them, you’ll get a much better service at their sister Halfords branch.

Exceptional serviceI went there to get my tyres changed, didn't realise I haven't got the nut key but the boys arranged that to be removed all together and managed to change the tyres on the same day.Person named George and his colleague John? were really helpful.I wish you would get customer service like that everywhere.

Needed a specific tyre for my car (Avon zv7). Website I used said cheapest option was national tyres (nearly half as cheap some other options) Booked online for 1pm, got there early but the guys said that was fine, 25mins later, job done and I’m on my way with a new tyre. Easy and hassle free. I’ll be back again when my rear tyres need done

Booked in for tyres to be fitted, turned up and was told they haven’t arrived yet told it would be a few days before the tyres would arrive.Simple phone called would have saved me a trip. Basic customer service at its worst.

First class service received at East Kilbride depot. Not only did Tony the manager give me advice on how to re-set my tyre monitoring equipment but also how to deal with a problem with my daughter’s car which I look after. 10 out of 10 for the service I received.

Went for mot and full service they had the car for two days as it failed its mot to get it sorted. I later got message from my insurance that I had been speeding which it wasn't me it was them on both days going 70mph on a 50. Wonder how many times they have done that to others.
