I recently collected my Cupra Formentor from Simon at Stoneacre Chesterfield. The fulfilment time was fairly long given the options I selected but Simon kept me updated throughout and was brilliant from initial order placed through to customer handover day. Stoneacre made no concessions to COVIDWas informed if we test drove it, we were pretty much buying it. I understand the difficulties of trading currently, but have ended up buying from another dealer that offers 7 day / 250 mile full refund kn all car sales.

Very poor service to motability customers.Car has a fault with the brakes, cannot offer a loan car and provided no help or assistance. Over 30 mins on a call.Given wrong information on several occasions. No follow up calls for parts. Really hate having to try and get through on the phone, it’s an absolute nightmare.I wouldn’t buy a seat and definitely would not recommend. Never in all my years of car ownership has it been such a chore dealing with a dealership.

Leased a formentor at the end of January. Initial service was very good. Was verbally promised a full tank of fuel - received a quarter and have been promised a set of mats all year. Gave up trying as the ETA kept getting pushed back. It's service like this that leaves a sour taste in your mouth and makes you look elsewhere.
