ABC Wedding Dresses

Went prom dress shopping today with nervous daughter. Caryl was great. Plenty of dresses to try and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. Put my daughter at ease and after initial suggestions, let her try on at her own pace. Would definitely recommend.

When I first called Caryl, I was in a state. I had my wedding coming up (4 weeks) and I had tried countless bridal shops yet nothing had caught my eye. Caryl heard my voice cracking and calmed me right down. She was very kind and straight to the point which is exactly what I needed.When I went to her shop, it was the hottest day of the year and she made it so incredibly relaxing and welcoming, as well as being Covid safe, it was the best bridal shop experience.Prior to my appointment, Caryl asked what I was looking for in a dress. I gave the most vague answers as I truly didn't know what my perfect dress would look like. I walked into her shop and it was on the stand ready for me to try on, she had picked it out especially. It was spot on and the perfect dress for me.Any wedding do or fancy dinner I need to go to, I certainly will be going to see Caryl as her shop carried a beautiful selection of evening gowns which I got to try on too!Caryl was the most accommodating, wonderful and thoughtful person and she helped me so much. Thank you Caryl, you were a star in my time of need.

I don't think you will ever find anyone more helpful than Caryl. We were shopping for bridesmaid dresses but neither my daughter or her bridesmaids live locally so this lovely lady allowed me to take the dress samples to them. This made the whole process so much easier. The dresses are of excellent quality, far superior to anything we saw at a similar price anywhere else.Highly recommended this hidden gem .

Caryl is very helpful, I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress from her 6 years ago, I'm a larger lady and there were dresses there for me to try on and I was made to feel lovely and not discriminated against because of my size as I'd felt uncomfortable in other shops. I took my daughter there last year to get her wedding dress for later in this year, and most recently my friend has bought dresses from her too. I would recommend a visit to let Caryl help you make your experience special.

Caryl is an absolute superstar! I cannot rate this lady highly enough. My daughter was left without a prom dress on her prom day (long story!). Caryl came to the rescue! Not only did she find a beautiful dress for my highly anxious daughter but she made her feel so comfortable and at ease. I wished that we went to her to find a dress in the first place. I highly recommend Caryl - she is absolutely wonderful.

Thankyou to Caryl the lovely lady that owns this business. We came here because my 16 year old daughter has her prom in June. Beautiful prom dresses in every colour you can think of. You can try on as many dresses as you wish and believe me we did.Two hours later we had a dress, just need a few alterations.Word to the wise, you can't just turn up, you have to book an appointment.

This lady is amazing she has years of experience treats customers like she’s known them for years very helpful and knows what she’s talking about helped me find my amazing dress which was perfect for me thank you lovely lady for making my day so special

After months of looking and only 8 weeks before my wedding, I finally found my wedding dress at ABC Wedding Dresses. Caryl was patient with me changing my mind and also eventually going back to the first dress I tried! So happy with my dress - I didn't think I would find one I liked so much!

Very professional the owner knew her stock well and persuaded me to try on outfits I would not have thought about. A very comfortable and uplifting experience.
