I've been using Restrap kit for a few years now and you just know it has been designed by people that use it. It just works perfectly.One of the important things to me when purchasing was their repair facility, as I don't want to be throwing away something that can be fixed.Recently I had an issue with a saddlebag, so dropped it in for repair. Within 4 working days it was back in my hands and ready for my next adventure.Amazing kit and service.

I have several items from Restrap and I would very happily have more if I could find space on the bike for them. The build quality and materials are great, they're aesthetically pleasing and do just what I need them to do.Additionally the customer support is top notch, I've had some minor issues (lost parts when I've screwed up or whatnot) and the team have been really quick to respond and help me out.Great people, excellent products.

I bought a Race Top Tube Bag a couple of months ago and it’s been amazing, rock solid on the bike.After a 200k Audax ride last Sunday I noticed that the side mesh pocket had a hole where it stitched into the bag.I emailed Restrap with some pictures and very quickly had a reply with a return postage label from Elliot in customer services advising that he would get a replacement out to me. I parcelled up my bag and dropped it off at the post office this morning and on the mat when I got back was the replacement bag.Amazing service from Restrap and I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know 5⭐️

I absolutely love my Restrap pannier. I bought the large bag for my commute and it’s big enough for all my gear without being too bulky. Excellent customer service too - I managed to lose the arm which secures the bag to the frame (by not securing it properly) and Restrap immediately sent me a replacement.

Just the bought 14 litre saddle bag and used it on a 5 day cycling trip. Absolutely rock solid and easy to unpack and repack using the waterproof liner bag. Magnetic top fastening also really good.

I have been using a frame bag for a few years, and absolutely love it. Unfortunately, one plastic clip for the attachment broke so I contacted the support. Restrap offered a free repair, but I preferred to fix the bag myself, so they shipped replacement clips free of charge. Great products and even better customer service!

Ordered their 14L saddle bag and it is fantastic!I am so impressed with its quality and simplicity…and also the thoughtful details. It is SOLID while you ride…didn’t even notice it. This is easily the best bike pack I’ve ever owned and I highly recommend it.

Purchased on Sunday, arrived on Tuesday in mainland UK. I didn’t expect it to arrive that quickly. The bag is elegantly simple. Very well designed, rubberised Velcro attachments to the frame. Narrow body so it doesn’t rub against your knees. Proper zip with toggle so you can easily open and close while riding. The extra money spent on this bag vs something £10 cheaper off Amazon is evident in how well constructed it is. Very happy!

Incredible products and people. Had a road crash on a recent ultra endurance ride during which my various adventure race range bags were brilliant. I lost a couple of foam pads from the saddle bag (removed by paramedics as I was being carted off!) and Restrap happily agreed to replace and send them at no cost as a get well gesture
