We were represented by Eva Kwok for our house purchase and we were really pleased with the service we received. Eva was always efficient, friendly and professional despite our chain becoming quite tricky. Eva was always available on the phone to answer questions and replies to emails were super prompt. Happy to recommend Gebbie & Wilson, and in particular Louise Arthur, for sorting out a fairly complex issue within 6 months that other companies have reportedly been taking up to two years to resolve. This was all done at what I consider to be a very reasonable cost and I have actually recommended them to others who are in a similar position as myself. Would not hesitate to use G&W in the future

Best solicitor I have ever had. Used them to purchase a new house. They were efficient, thorough and kept us well informed. Very responsive and jumped on any requests immediately. There are cheaper providers in the market but you are getting incredible value here. Will go back to them for any future house purchases or other legal work. Very very highly recommended.

My partner and I used Gebbie & Wilson when we were buying our first property and we couldn’t recommend them enough. Catherine was our solicitor and Marianne was our paralegal. They were both amazing. As it was our first time buying Catherine was more than happy to explain anything to us that we weren’t quite sure on. Would definitely use their services again.
