Highly recommend.Was my first visit, all the ladies were so very friendly and welcoming.They managed to match the lengths of my hair to my roots from black to my natural colour (a strawberry blonde colour) within 3 hours.My hair feels as healthy as it did previously.Looks and feels great.Can't believe they managed it as I was asking a lot.Excellent prices, appointment on time, clean and professional.I will be returning when I require a refresh.Honestly can't recommend enough. Lovely staff. Had a cut and blow dry it was really good. My hair is very curly which they smoothed it out.

Great place to go for your hair done, very professional and always do their best. One other thing i will say is the amount of care they have for the older customers is fab! Very caring team from helping to get in with aids to putting bags back on for them. All over 10/10

Went in for a haircut on Saturday morning, it’s a first come first serve basis. I called beforehand to check their availability and upon arrival I was asked to take a seat and wait! Nobody asked me whether I wanted a normal haircut, so for the first time I had a DRY HAIRCUT which I assume is all they could offer - It would’ve been nice for them to not have jumped to assumptions/ asked first!A customer that came in shortly after me was asked to go away and return in 20 minutes - when she came back, I still hadn’t been attended to and they forgot which one of us got there first!I have very long, very straight hair. I’m 5ft11 so I was asked to STAND UP during my haircut instead of sitting down like everybody else.Nevertheless for £12.50 I’d highly recommend it as I’ve never been charged so little in this country BUT if you’re a tall girl with long hair who doesn’t wish to be the only person standing up in the salon (whilst everybody else sits down) definitely head elsewhere as this was my first time EVER having a haircut standing up!
