On holiday and alternator expired on Saturday afternoon, BBs were closed but answered the mobile and let the AA drop car on their home drive, they did the job on Monday as I had to go home Tuesday and even collected me from Carmarthen to pick up car when done. Fantastic service and really nice folk. Thank you.

Well I had my car for 10 months on our drive, unable to drive it. I was so excited when my husband bough a Smart for 2 for me, because it was going to be my mobility car which would get me out of the house, as I can't walk far, due to my dissability.Then we asked BB autos to have a look at it and have to say they sorted it out for me did all the repairs needed and had a new M.O.T .Now I am thrilled to be able to eventually drive my little car.The service I received was excellent, nothing was too much trouble from both Mr&Mrs Phillips and have gone far beyond just doing their job, but were so friendly, helpful and kind too.I would recommend them 100% great job and such a lovely genuine couple thank you so much for all you have done, we will definately be using BBautos in the future

Brilliant service from B and B autos , the coils had gone on my mini making it unusable my car was picked up and returned the following day new coils fitted reasonably priced and wonderful friendly service. Definitely will be using them again.

One of our vehicles whilst on holiday overheated. AA towed us here, a new thermostat was fitted by BB Autos within 2 hours, at a reasonable cost. Very happy with the service.

On holiday with my wife, two year old and little dogs. Ran into van trouble, which should have been a quick fix, but the way the van is put together made it very difficult. BB Autos moved work around to get us back on our holiday and without inconveniencing any other customers. They took all the stress out of it. They also had to really persevere to get a very awkward job done - much appreciated!

Absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough. Very honest, didn’t try to make money unnecessarily and would definitely use again. Had an issue with a vehicle whilst on holiday, took it there and they looked at it straight away, diagnosed the fault and said it would wait until we got home, didn’t change a penny despite me offering. If you’re in west wales and need work done, definitely go here. Fantastic.

Great service, car wouldnt move due to steering issue. Phoned BB autos they had car in same day from recovery truck, within 24 hours car repaired and had safety check. Fanastic service and i cant recomend enough.

Went in for rear bushes and they found out left side coil spring had snapped. This was due to them checking my vehicle over fully for me. They ordered the part in and had the work completed by lunchtime. We are over the moon with the service in full. They even supplied me with a courtesy car which helped me out massively. Absolutely brilliant service by BB Auto today. I needed a new wheel bearing so I popped in for an idea of cost and then to see when I could get it booked in. It was checked and suggested it needed doing ASAP (he also checked the other side while it was up and that also needed doing) and they managed to order the part on the spot to get it done same day for me! I was given a courtesy car to continue with my day and left them to it. My rusty little car caused them a few issues when dismantling to replace the bearings but both were done by the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience with BB Auto and will DEFINITELY be going back for all future car repairs etc! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
