I've bought gold package tunnel cleaning which has wheel cleaning. After the cleaning process i saw that it didn't clean my wheels and rims. I complained about the situation to the gentleman who sold the ticket and he said he cannot do anything. So poor customer service. I definitely do not recommend!

I had a late night soft cloth car wash in this Bp station at the Lenton..I paid for the Gold package and my car super ! There was no queue at the time.For the details about the different prices and other information, please see the attached pictures.

BP Lenton boulevard has a jammer in place so people cnt scan the BPME points....I filled twice and both times my app stopped working while on premises..As soon I left my app started working straight away.....

I think this is the best service station. Toilet is spotless and they have froyo machine which I’ve seen first time also microwave for customers and Costa coffee machine very good. All in all very clean store and staff very polite as well. Thank you

Good car wash but probably not the best idea if you have wind deflectors as the water pressure is really high and water comes in to the car but other than that it was a really good car wash. Also very busy, been to the car wash there twice and waited an over an hour each time

The manager of this garage is unprofessional to say the least. The gentleman’s manner and conduct is completely unacceptable and inappropriate, failing to uphold his main priority as a manager to ensure his customers welfare and safety. After a malfunction with the car wash occurred, the manager was summoned and instead of diffusing the situation and admitting fault, the ‘manager’ in question attempted to escalate and fuel the incident between the two customers who were both aware and in agreed that the fault lay with the car wash. Completely unacceptable and quite frankly embarrassing behaviour from this manager!

Car wash literally took the paint off my car and broke my parking sensor and when it happens, the manager Khalid becomes argumentative and dismissive. Now left with a hefty bill to put right. To top it off, the car still looked dirty after paying for the platinum wash!

This petrol station has a great shop, all their products are so reasonably priced, which I don't need to tell you how unusual this is, as its always the complete opposite. Wide range of produce something that will make everyone happy. The day staff are mega nice too.
