I took my 6 year old Jaguar XF 3.0D to Morrisons after suffering DPF problems. They did a great job fixing the DPF sensors and also replaced a cracked rocker cover. The result is that my car is now perfect and 25% more fuel efficient. The customer service was excellent. Yes they are more expensive than independent garages, but Morrisons' expertise and quality of the work, is worth every penny.

Went to get a quote for some minor cosmetic repairs to my car. Said they would quote me a price in a few days. That was a month ago. Similarly I have on two prior occasions over the years tried to buy a car through them but the process has petered out as if they don't want to sell me anything and in both cases I went elsewhere that wanted my custom a bizarre way to deal with customers. One wonders how they are still in business.

Booked my 2018 Jaguar XJ in for service and MOT. Received an email stating that the car had failed the MOT test due to emissions, was informed the car needed a new DPF at a cost of £2500, the car has done 23500 miles. I was informed my extended warranty does not cover DPF’s. I collected my car and paid the £420 for 3 filters and a failed mot. The following day I took my car to a DPF specialist who carried out a full inspection and investigation, they found no faults with the DPF and that it was doing it’s regen as it should, they also checked the emissions 3 times over a period of time and every time the levels were well within MOT pass level. Very strange !!!!!!!

Shocking customer service. 3 attempts to fix an air con fault, never phone to give you updates, or return calls and the phone rings out as often as it's answered. No communication between their departments, total shambles, love my car but this will make me reconsider buying jaguar again

Awful service, no communication (constantly having to call to receive an update). This is not the first time that this as happened - car came back from the last service with a fault as well!Shame, love my jaguar but I will be changing back to BMW in the next few months who have a far superior aftercare service.

Called in to garage to enquire about purchasing E-pace or F -pace Jaguarbut was not impressed by the attitude of the salesman.When commenting on the size of the boot on the E-pace I asked if it would be possible to fit a set of golf clubs into it.The salesman asked if I had my clubs with me and when I said no his comment was we won't know then will we !!!! "Asked for trade in price for my car and he would not even give me a guide price but said he would give me what the car was worth but would not give me a figure.Do Jaguar at Stirling really want to sell cars.Salesman made no effort to get my business.Maybe Jaguars sell themselves. Very Disappointed"

I have a 2014 XJ portfolio jaguar, but the car, unlike every other post 2011 car it does not have daytime running lights that has been UK legislation since 2011. Pentland could not tell me why Jaguar is exempt from the legislation and could not offer me a reason as to why Jaguar do not need to comply with UK legislation.

To test drive a car, there’s a gauntlet of ridiculous procedures that you are subjected to by the salesman. Including a series of random questions (“what’s your favourite drink?”), reading literature on finance (even when you clearly state that you won’t be taking finance) and THREE videos to watch on an iPad. I’d had a long day and said I didn’t have time or the inclination to watch the videos and was told I MUST watch them or the salesman gets a written warning. REALLY?!I got fed up at this point and left.

I travel 60m (1.25hrs) to the garage. Excellent reception and service staff and engineers. No concerns. As someone with a degenerative disease access is good, made welcome and receptive to requests for prompt service attention and future bookings.

I took my xf in for a service and MOT. It failed as the headlight aim was too far to the left Offside.I was told this couldn't be amended and it would require a new unit which with fitting would be around £1400.I went to a local garage today who noted the mot failure on the light. It took them only a few mins to adjust and went through the MOT as there were no other failures/minor faults etc. This cost £50.What is very strange is how a jaguar dealer couldn't adjust the headlight which is a very quick piece of work. The staff I spoke to were lovely but if I had listened to them I would have paid £1400 for a completely unnecessary unit.
