Good service overall. Booking and collection was straight forward.However, the car wasn't clean when I picked it up which has always been part of a service with Hyundai. Last year I was told, this is because of covid, this year nobody is wearing a mask or social distancing yet they still haven't cleaned the car, a bit disappointing. Even the brand new fitted tyres were covered in white marks.These things aren't really that important but it's an average customer experience for a luxury price. Next time I'll go somewhere cheaper for the same level of customer service.

Had a service done at Hyundai. Communication was good and it was completed quicker than i expected. I was asked if I wanted my tyres changing at a cost of £130 a tyre as they were a pass but could do with changing. I originally said no. However when i picked the car up i was told because of the plan i have with work i can take them to a kwik fit and they will change them and i wouldn't be charged. I wondered now if this would have been the case with Hyundai too but because i was asked on the app/ online portal thing i just said no. But maybe this would have saved me the hassle now with booking in with Kwik fit, other than that all was good, thank you

Where to start… took our car in again yesterday to the service department as it needed a cable put on as exhaust light (there is a correct name for it ) kept coming on so back and forwards a couple of times but yesterday was just disgraceful my husband picked our car up no sooner had he started driving it the engine management light came on he pulled over rang the garage immediately there response is the car running ok he said yes service dept said we will send you a txt to ring the Hyundai assist they were very good but assist is the AA but they came quickly and to our horror two faults showed up (which were not there before we took the car back ) he took the turbo top off and the sensor switch hadn’t been put back correctly both faults relate to the turbo we have been advised to return this car to the garage as soon as we can apparently we can now only drive our car slowly as the turbo isn’t working correctly so whatever had been done replaced yesterday had involved the turbo and not put back correctly car is 18 months old 7,000 miles on the clock so not driven excessively I find it disgraceful we were told to pick it up with two new faults on it that just happened to show as soon as we pulled off the forecourt ! In fairness to the garage Tom is always brilliant to deal with as gets thins sorted quickly but the aftercare needs to up the gameOur hope is this can get sorted but we are not hopeful after what was explained to us about once a turbo goes so watch this space while we give the garage a chance today to try and resolve this major mistake on there part so would we buy a car from them yes as this part is brilliant service second to none but the aftercare in the way of service etc think long and hard it’s not like it used to be for some reason

Collected our third consecutive Hyundai from this excellent dealership today.Great people selling great cars basically. Bill looked us for the third car in a row and, as ever, treated us superbly. We can't recommend him highly enough.Thanks also to Shaun for his assistance this time.As for the car, we went for a Tucson N Line hybrid and it is fabulous. Can't recommend that highly enough either!

Had so many issues with my first motability Hyundai and not happy with the dealership so switched to Hyundai Birmingham within the first few months. Long story short, lots of ongoing issues with the vehicle but this dealership was so helpful collecting the car and putting it through the workshop. Just taken delivery of the new Hyundai Bayon and the whole experience was brilliant from going to look at vehicles earlier this year to collecting it a couple of weeks ago. The sales executive was Bill Martin and he was amazing. He explained so much, nothing was too much trouble. The day of collection he even sat in the vehicle and went through the controls and even set my mobile up. I have already recommended this dealership and especially Bill to a family member who is looking for a new vehicle. Thanks Mr Martin for all your help!

Tom and Nick were a fantastic support to help me choose the right Hyundai. I had a lovely warm welcome from Angie on my first visit and again to collect . I contacted them to explore exchanging my Mercedes A Class for something that was of a similar premium spec. Tom took the time to understand what my preferences were and why this was important to me and I was delighted with the used Tucson he presented to me. It had even more features than my Mercedes, low mileage and was immaculate. Nick arranged for a test drive and ensured that I was given the opportunity to ask questions and comfortably drive the car. Once my decision was made, I felt that Tom was trustworthy to deal with and presented a sensible exchange and purchase options. Nick completed the handover and I really appreciated the time he took to explain the features before I set off. I absolutely love and prefer my Tucson to my Mercedes, I initially had mixed emotions about trading it in but I am delighted that I made the right decision. I wouldn’t choose another brand now, Hyundai has all the comfort and extras , plus the peace of mind with the warranty. This dealership will have my custom for the future and will confidently recommend Angie, Tom and Nick to friends and family.
