Very pleased will the service from the staff on the shop floor. The delivery driver was very polite, professional and took pride in his job. He was friendly and good natured.I will use Jewsons again.

No stars for Jewsons Rowley Regis. Jewsons eventually dropped off 7pieces of 4x2 timber. Half of it was twisted and cracked. They delivered 5 days after ordering should've been next day. They were to collect the useless pieces and replace withnew. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. They said they would collect and refund the lot.... but no one has bothered. Terrible service

Antisocial to everyone that lives in the area:- Their Forklift trucks are constantly papping their horns all day like it's some kind of game.- Loading and unloading trucks early in the morning and making loud banging noises.- Insanely Powerful Floodlights shining into people's bedrooms.- Alarm system that keeps going off constantly. A few Christmases ago it was going off for literally days and days.

staff bickering with each other . I ordered fencing and it was dumped in my front garden the delivary guy didnt even knock my door. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about their products but i wont be shopping here again

Very helpful staff. Explained the project I was doing and was told exactly how much concrete and sand I needed. They also very kindly made a delivery last minute in urgency. Would defiantly recommend them. The prices are decent and staff are friendly and willing to help.

Less busy than it's bigger brother BnQ round the corner. Went for cement. Was not disappointed in price and quality but came out with lots of stuff I didn't originally go in for. Definitely the BnM of the builders world.
