We used BW Screeding as part of our extension project and wanted a specialist team to install a gas barrier, underfloor heating, insulation and screed to a 3x9m space.After going through two builders to manage the extension project end to end, we found they failed us in some epic and very costly ways. Generally a jack of all trades master of none applies in the building trade.So after being let down by the 2nd builder I decided to take the project on myself and focus on employing specialist tradespeople in specific areas. BW Screeding showed me why I chose this route. The screeded floor is epic. It is spot on level from end to end with a high quality flat finish. I was able to walk on the floor the next day and shrinkage/cracking is not an issue. Honestly this has given me the best possible floor to work from and if you need a team to screed to a very high standard, get these guys in.They pump in the screed via a machine, so there is very little mess in the area if you are concerned about mix on your doors or walls.Claire in the office was also very patient and understanding from start to finish (We were delayed by 6 months). The deliveries to site were spot on and we knew what was happening and when they would arrive.Overall very happy with the service and I would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend this company enough!! Quality service delivered from start to finish. Job was faultless throughout and the guys are great to deal with. No job too big or small and they really went above and beyond with the service they provided. Health & Safety was evident throughout. Will defo use again and again. Thanks guys

I hired this company to do screeding on our extension for around 30m2. The material is fast drying sand and cement. The people were nice and responsive, they always tried to meet my requirements, the fitters were also nice and competent. Would definitely recommend them.
