Absolutely Fantastic. I definitely recommend this establishment for hair and beauty.The staff are professional, warm and friendly.They LISTEN and give their time to discuss my needs and the result is I felt energised, good, I'd even say I looked younger than when I arrived. Thank you.I'll be back.

I wish I could give it 0 stars.Rachel completely did not listen to what I wanted. I was told in my consultation the hair colour I wanted to achieve was completely possible should be “no problem” however I get to my appointment and I’m told the complete opposite. I was given high lights which is not at all what I wanted and we’re not even toned correctly nor done to my root. The back of my shirt is covered in bleach and completely ruined which I didn’t find out till I got home.The girl who did my lashes was lovely and did a great job I have a lovely experience with her however the room I was in was freezing!Over all horrible experience would not recommend.

Grace my beautician is so professional and I had an excellent service as always today.However I have had to give this rating as awful simply as the room was far to cold (9 Celsius) to have a relaxing treatment. I spoke to the proprietor who thinks cover yourself in a blanket is good for her clients. This to me is totally inappropriate!The HSE guidelines states the minimum temperature in a workplace should normally be at least 16 degrees Celsius. The proprietor seems to be unaware of this which is a concern!I am sure I am not the only client to complain regarding the temperature whilst trying to relax having a treatment.Let’s hope the proprietor can afford to put an adequate heater in place or at least purchase some form of heating for her clients.Such a shame this lets the service down, the service and treatments have been excellent.

Always pleased with my hair, Kane is helpful and always friendly & polite, staff are all happy -I would highly recommend this salon!

If you are planning to get your hair done here and your assigned hairdresser is Rachel, don’t.My sister is still crying from having her hair dyed and cut here a few days ago. Her hair is horrible now. She was told during the consultation she should be able to achieve the blonde colour she wants. But a different hairdresser on the day, Rachel, failed to dye most of her hair and decided to just do a few strands and leave her with patches of brown red and some blonde strands??? However Rachel did manage to put dye/bleach all over the back of my sisters t-shirt.Rachel didn’t even ask if my sister liked it at the end, maybe because my sister was visibly upset that her hair was ruined.Rachel also charged full price for this awful experience.

I’ve been coming to No 4 for just over a yr , come once a mth for my classic eyelash infills by grace the beautician, so warm and friendly and my hair has been coloured 4 times also had the micro blading done by Becky before coming here I hadn’t been to a hairdressers in 16 yrs as didn’t feel comfortable ,seemed a bitchy environment but I was told about No.4 and it’s total opposite everyone so welcoming,helpful and friendly and so professional, wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Love the salon! Staff are very polite and friendly. Charlotte is fab I'm always a happy customer after having my hair done with her :)
