Very poor hire company I work for the council and when I went to gibbon they was lazy and very unhelpful and and did not know anything about the equipment I hired more concerned with drinking tea and eating biscuits very lazy

It's a sorry state of affairs, this company actually used to be a very good company back in 2009 but since then has taken a massive swan dive, a lot of good staff have left as the company does not look after there staff properly. But back to present day. They have a bunch of baffons on the hire desk whom truly know nothing about heavy tool equipment, it's truly laughable, the ignorance of them is unbelievable, they act like children in a playground, they are the faces of the company, but they simply do not give one about the company as it has plummeted to a new low.
