Worse Salon experience, I brought a Groupon voucher the lady was a bit hesitant about me using it. She finally accepted and asked a young lady to wash my hair. The young lady didn’t wash my her properly I have curly hair so it gets matted quite easily she completely soaked my jumper so I had to take it off. The hairdresser had to take me back to the sink to detangle my hair cause the young lady didn’t do this when she washed my hair for me. Staff are not friendly or welcoming. Will never use their service again first and last time. A complete mess and unorganised.

Worst haircut of my life - I could have literally done a better job myself and will have to pay to have it fixed somewhere else. One side longer that the other and they forgot to cut some strands of hair that must have been tucked behind my ears and remained longer. Shocking! Avoid.

Lash lift completely gone wrong!!They initially glued my upper lash with the lower lash together so I couldn’t open my right eye! When I asked to get everything removed the girl which I believe is the owner came to me and tried to separate the lashes with a twizzers then she used god knows what product! She told me “I am a professional” so she asked me to continue the treatment so she could ruin my lashes by leaving the perming solution too long resulting in my lashes being over curled!!! I can’t wear eyeliner or mascara! On top of everything I booked over the phone they told me the service cost is £23 and they charged me £25!!! ADD INSULT TO INJURY

Great experience ! I booked yesterday last minute and was able to find a appointment, and at a very reasonable price (£45 for a restyle haircut). I wanted a total change of look (hadn’t gotten a haircut in years !) and Marcie was very open and kept checking with me to make sure we matched my inspiration picture but also what best suited my hair type. I have been putting off this appointment as I was so anxious about it, but Marcie was so lovely and made me feel comfortable from the get go. Took my hair from boring and shapeless to a super cute bob with layers (I’ve attached pictures !) I’m super happy with my new hairstyle and will definitely book again !

They've given my Treatwell prepaid appointment to someone else, asked to come back in 20 minutes - I wasted time going back and forth home to only come back and being asked to wait another 15 minutes! I didn't have time to do so and it was also my birthday where I wanted to have some positive experience, not this one. Never coming back again even though they are the closest salon to home. Don't trust them if you book any appointments, they'll give them to someone else!

I don't usually go to hairdresser and do it myself, but I though it will be a nice treat. WRONG. Horrible experience. Cried all the way home. I went for wash, cut and blow dry. I have wavy medium length hair with straight fringe. Told lady to cut shorter at the back and longer at the front and to layer it. Did a basic straight cut all around, left fringe one finger shorter than asked. And just blow dry without any treatment or even using difussor. Left all static in the hair, I look like I put my hands in electric socket. At the end just said ok to everything and got the hell out of there to come home and fix it myself. Waste of money
