I had the best experience with Claire. She really is amazing. She was endlessly patient and so kind. She has a great eye for detail and provides a lovely environment. You get a range of drinks to choose from. Comfortable couches for loved ones and a massive changing room. There was a beautiful selection of dresses in a good range of sizes and she's so flexible with what can be done with a dress so it's tailored to every bride. I happily said yes to a combination of two dresses which will truly make my dress unique and my own having gone in with absolutely no clue what I wanted! If you're located in the west mids Claire is definitely the lady to see!

I had such a positive experience at Isla B, found the perfect dress for me which was quite unique, hadn’t seen anything else like it. Claire was so friendly and helpful, I asked her to give a really honest opinion of the dresses as did my girls who came with me! It was hard to choose between two dresses in the end but we got there with many discussions and photos over two days. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, we chatted about allsorts! I would definitely recommend this shop to any bride. Claire has different styles from other places and I like that - who wants to be the same as someone else?! You won’t be disappointed if you go to Isla B I’m sure.

What an absolutely wonderful experience I've just had. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Claire is fabulous and really makes you feel at ease with everything. The shop is lovely and spacious and set out really well. We felt really looked after and my bridesmaids had a great seating area to relax and enjoy seeing all the beautiful dresses I tried on. We were all offered a good selection of drinks once we arrived again adding that little extra touch of detail and service.I got to try a good amount of dresses on and found the perfect dress for me so have said Yes to the dress". It's just beautiful.The range of dresses is great and it's nice to see a good choice of more modern contemporary dresses. What I particularly love about the shop is that the designers that Claire works with allow you to alter your dress and customise it to how you want. This was a big positive for me. I can't wait to see my finished dress and am so excited to wear it. I didn't want to take it off. Thank you to Claire for a truly magical wedding dress appointment and for having a dress I said yes to."

This was the first bridal store I visited and they were so helpful throughout! They offered us a drink on arrival so was nice to start my wedding dress shopping with a glass of Prosecco! They had a good selection of dresses and the store was clean, full of light and had everything you need! I went to other stores however I kept comparing the dresses to the first dress I had tried on! I then knew that my wedding dress was to be from Isla B! Claire, Jess and Charlotte were so attentive and I would 100% recommend to go here to have a fabulous wedding dress shopping experience! Thank you - can’t wait to wear the dress now on my wedding day!

Isla B Bridal & Prom Dress shop IS A MUST VISIT iIF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR YOUR PROM DRESS. A fantastic and special experience starts just driving down the drive entrance to the shop from the exterior it looks so inviting with such beautuful window displays. Enter the shop and the interior is even more amazing where Claire and Ellie offer a very warm, professional welcome to all in attendance for the appointment.Lovely varied selection of prom dresses to look through and try, extremely good quality dresses and very competitive prices too throughout all price ranges (whether on a budget or not).My granddaughter felt very comfortable and not rushed to make any decisions, However she did find that special dress at Isla B.A big thank you Claire and Ellie for helping her to find THE dress and making it a special experience.Also, if you are a bride to be looking for that special bridal gown, make your appointment at Isla B Bridal for a fab and professional service, although not shopping for bridal gowns i couldnt help but see there were some beautiful & amazing gowns to view.Claire & Ellie brilliant.Sue

When I first visited Isla B I'd had some negative experiences in other bridal shops and was feeling anxious that I'd never find the perfect dress. Claire immediately made me feel relaxed and after the first few dresses I tried on, I knew my dress was somewhere in her shop. The only problem, every dress I tried one was even more beautiful than the last! Every dress has something a little more special or unique than I'd found in other bridal stores, which I loved. My first appointment ran over, but Claire didn't complain, didn't make me feel rushed and took the time to really understand my dilemma. I came back for a second appointment, Claire was incredibly supportive and I was so delighted when I finally choose my dress. I cannot wait to pick up my dress for our wedding! You can tell Claire really loves her work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any future bride visit her shop!
