I would recommend this company for being responsive and the quality of their work, but he was unreliable.Simon agreed to complete my bathroom back in Nov 21. I work away so my house was empty. I trusted him with a key to access as and when he was free - and he did just that.This was ongoing between Nov 21 - June 22.All that has been completed is the floor and the shower base put in place before he told me he was too busy to come back.I recently competed a basic course and told Simon I could assist him when I was home.Simon agreed the work will be completed before I returned to live, (July 22).I got a text listed with the next lot of dates he would be working at mine, his next reply said a job in Bristol was his priority and he could no longer complete this job. He has had access to my home for 8 months!!!I am moving back next week, so not only will I be living around boxes to unpack, I have to step around boxes of tiles, toilet, sink and shower screen until I can find someone else or time myself to get it done!Simon is a nice man and will agree to do anything for you, but I was absolutely gobsmacked given the length of time he was 'on this job' and it's nowhere near completion.Very disappointed

Simon replied to my request very rapidly and we soon arrange a time for work to be completed. He was thoroughly professional, very affable and completed the required jobs to a great standard at a very competitive rate. I have no doubt recommending his business to others - I am confident the staff he employs will be of similar character - and we will undoubtedly be using The Welsh Handyman Co. in future for odd jobs at our property!

What a fantastic company. Responsive to messages and so helpful. I've called Simon out twice, the second time I messaged in the evening and he arrived the next day!I come from a military family and knowing I'm supporting local veterans is the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I used Welsh Handyman Company recently and found Simon to be wellup to the task in hand. He completed the jobs that needed attention,cleared up, and left me happy with what he had done. I will have no problem with using the company again, and would recomend them toanyone looking for a handyman to help.

Simon and the rest of the Tradesmen are very good. I think he lives on his phone as he will reply to texts almost immediately. very pleased with the standard of work. have already recommended him to other people.
