The entire experience was first class! I had a sports massage from Graham who was not only very good at the massage, he was also chatty, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained it all to me. I felt totally at ease with him and have booked to go back every month for treatment.I 100% recommend.

Very good treatment, Charlotte was lovely, made me feel very comfortable and worked on what i needed working on, tailored the massage to my injuries. Only constructive critism i would give would be to make the room more relaxing, i.e. dimmed lights, relaxing music etc. Other than that i would definetly come back !

Had an amazing relaxation massage today from Charlotte, felt so relaxed after and less tence. She made me feel so comfortable, very knowledgeable and gave advice regarding problems I was having with lower back. Would highly recommend

This place is a scam!I booked in for a pamper package for 2 for me and my mum for her Christmas present- I called repeatedly for a month, sent many messages to their messenger and emailed several times to book in. No response. Only once did they reply to my messenger after weeks from it originally being sent asking for my number so they could call me back, they never did. By this time my voucher had ran out and was no longer redeemable.They appear to have a tendency to do this looking at what other people have said in their facebook comments- so i’m confused at the number of positive reviews they have. So unprofessional. They clearly sell these packages and do not allow people to make the appointment to receive the service, therefore still getting paid whilst doing no work at all.

Had a hot stone massage through group on and was blown away by how good it was! Not only was it relaxing, but Charlotte managed to relieve strain and injury from a previous car accident which has made a massive difference to my every day life. I will definitely be back one of the best massages I've ever had.

Charlotte provides a great service. Fantastic value for your money, she gives deep and effective sports massage. She left me feeling rejuvenated and flexible for days to come. Have gone back since and have nothing but good things to say!

I have the worst posture and what I would class as a very ‘heavy’ job. I have regularly had massages for several years and can honestly say, here is second to none. Easy to find, free parking in a private car park. Charlotte is friendly, attentive and puts you and ease immediately - it is very easy to relax and feel comfortable. Issues with my back / nerve pain have been identified that have never even been suggested by others. The words used to describe my most recent treatment was that I felt like my back had been ironed! I will be scheduling in regularly to keep on top of my troubles and cannot recommend highly enough that others do the same.

Came in last week for a hot bamboo massage and Charlotte was really attentive. she had loads of time for my questions and talked me through everything so I had a understanding. She didn’t rush to get me out the room and shown me lots of exercises to try at home ! A week later and my shoulders already feel a lot looser! Thanks Charlotte :)Chloe

Would definitely recommend! Staff were friendly, professional and really knowledgeable. Facilities are amazing, the massage rooms they have are really good and the prices are very reasonable. I recently bought my wife a massage hamper which included a massage of choice and lots of other pamper gifts which she loved.
