Sam was excellent. He managed to squeeze some time into his busy schedule to come and replace my immersion heater. He was courteous and knowledgeable and kept in touch with arrival times. Although the job had its own problems he dealt with them efficiently and finished it in a timely fashion. Thank you Sam.

Call answered immediately and despite being being in the middle of a job, Sam listened to our problem with a concealed toilet cistern and explained how to repair ourselves. Amazing knowledge and the ability to visualise what the issue was. A good honest answer regarding his availability and a really good explanation as to how to make a simple repair ourselves - what a star!

Sam was absolutely brilliant, very professional and such a gentleman. He carried out an emergency repair promptly and explained the work carried out. The leak happened at 11pm on Christmas Eve when the temperature plummeted to minus 5 degrees. Sam took it in his stride, headed straight out after my call and within an hour it was all sorted. Highly recommend IV Plumbing and Heating.

Sam is excellent, I had an emergency and he helped me out alot. Pointed me in the right direction and did what he could to help. Very professional and efficient and always laughing and smiling which helped with my stress lol. I would definitely recommend.

Contacted Sam recently after someone recommended him and his team for a quote to change some heavy cast iron radiators to steel modern radiators and he did a brilliant job, radiators look as though they are freestanding due to some nifty pipe work, all fine with no issues :) great communication , arrived when he said he would - a reliable and trustworthy plumber who we have used many times now and will recommend thanks

We had a problem with an overfilling cistern in a downstairs toilet. Sam answered my telephone call straight away and came out to us within 48 hours. He understood the problem and arrived with the required replacement part, and completed the repair professionally and quickly. Sam is a pleasure to work with. So overall, a high quality service which I recommend without any reservation.

What can I say? 10/10 went above and beyond to help. Professional in everything that was undertaken and communicated throughout.Excellent customer service and care, cannot recommend highly enough.Sam saved my sanity and found a painter and decorator for me after being let down.Nothing was to much bother, very customer centred.I would have no hesitation in recommending him.Huge thanks to Sam and his fellow tradesmen.
