Way to fast speeding at 6am with a 16 year old boy (me) united charge me £16 for my travel and the exact same way Apple taxis charged me £28 rip of and reckless driving done around 3 loops around one area (Winton) to charge me more.

Terrible service and drivers all very rude and don’t listen!!! It’s 1am and just been dropped off and the taxi driver was shouting at me and waking up my neighbours and recorded me with no consent :( Do not recommend and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

Booked a minibus for our wedding. Driver arrived early for collection for both initial and return journey. The were very courteous and patient with us and the price was great too. Thank you very much Apple Cabs!!

I booked a taxi for 5.30am the day before. Taxi didn't arrive and when I called to enquire about it, the man said he would chase it up. I had to get on a train, time was passing and taxi still wasn't coming. So I called back and he did not even answer. Completely unreliable. Do not use! Horrible costumer service

Ordered a disabled taxi for a wheelchair was told 1hr. I rang after 1hr 10mins they said 10mins.. 2hrs later I tried ringing back and they declined my call...

Avoid avoid avoid , dirty taxi . Driver was very late no excuses . Definitely will not recommend. Probably ex-PRC Streamline drivers!

The taxis from this company always block my driveway. Tried to ask nicely and politely to the driver. He said I'm not moving, do what you want, and went on to the restaurant. I have reported this issue with the company and the council. They should be more considerate!
