Michelle is empathetic and takes time with you to understand your symptoms and assess the issues. As a certified Osteopath she has significantly improved my lower back, knee and foot issues with understanding and humour and a plan of exercises for aftercare. Can't recommend highly enough.

I always come out of sessions feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world...I have promised myself I will attend every 2 weeks to keep in top of all my ailments which the staff listen too and nothing is silly which really helps when your not sure if what it is you need...health rediscovered offers many therapies and when you talk to them they will guide you in the right direction ...tbh I love the deep tissue massage as it gets all my stress knots out of my holding areas...although have received acupuncture ( from Paula) and osteopathy (from Michelle) well worth the money definitely prefer spending on my OWN health and wellbeing...definitely one to visit.

Amazing treatments! One example (of so many) comes to mind - I was in agony after doing something to my back. I hobbled into Paula's treatment room. Bent over, moving as little as possible to not aggravate the pain. 1 hour later I walked out, no pain. What painkillers, rubs, Epsom salts could do nothing for, Paula treated in one session. Only mild flare ups since (when I do something to aggravate it). Highly recommend Paula and her team to all. Thank you Paula!

Paula is amazing and makes you feel so at ease. I feel a difference already after 2 sessions and looking forward to the remainder of my sessions to help my advanced endometriosis. Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to Paula for making me feel so much better!! Originally went for sore back , cupping and accupuncture treatments were amazing and I regularly return so as to keep mentally and physically tip top! Paula is amazing at what she does, great at listening and advising and you feel relaxed as soon as you get there!Have recommended to all my friends.

I visited Michelle with pains and lack of movement in my neck & shoulders.1st session Michelle assessed my whole upper body structure and diagnosed where the problem was.Massage & adjuatments had me moving much better after 1st session.2nd session was booked to work on other parts of back & neck to help it all move correctly.I must admit it has been an instant success for me, my back & neck is so much better.Michelle and Paula are both incredibly genuine and fun people to be around.Their work is 1st class.I would absolootly reccomend them to anyone.ps no more forward rolls for me :-)

I contacted Paula to explain I have endometriosis and was looking for a deep belly massage. She did a fantastic job and I felt really relaxed and safe in her hands. After the massage my pain is a lot less and I feel a lot better. A big thank you!!!

I went to see Paula with a list longer than my arm of all my ailments. I was so unwell but Paula has bought me back to good health with acupuncture. Paula is really skilled at her craft but more than that she is grounded, non judgmental and makes you feel really comfortable. You can really put your trust in her. I’ve been recommending her to all my friends, and I would recommend her to you too. Her work made such a big difference to my life.

I cant thank Paula enough for the help she has given me, from the moment I 1st spoke to Paula I felt relaxed and comfortable to talk to her.
