Lovely service from Anne. She was friendly and is clearly very knowledgable, and listened to what I was looking for with a ring purchase. She provided me with a number of different ring options and spoke through the differences of each. Very much a no pressure & enjoyable buying experience and I am delighted with the quality of the ring I purchased.

Absolutely amazing service in the Inverness branch. We were greeted straight away by Anne and she was lovely, helped me with my enquiry swiftly. I was offered a refreshing sparkling water while she collected options for us to look at. A relaxing experience from start to finish. Would recommend this store to friends and family for sure.

Purchased a Tudor Pelagos on Saturday, the staff were really friendly, lovely and non pushy, made me an offer I couldn’t turn down, love my new watch and enjoyed the experience of buying from such a professional company,MS.

We bought our wedding rings from here in Inverness and the first experience was great, they ordered the rings we wanted. But when my fiancé got the call to pick up his wedding ring (it’s a 50 minute drive one way), the ring was incorrect and wasn’t the ring we paid for at all. They apologised and said they can order the ring we actually paid for and get it within a week. The second time he went after they called, it’s still not the correct colour that we saw when we first ordered the rings. We are always STILL waiting for the diamond certificate for my wedding ring that they said they posted 3 times now. We rang again this morning stating we have been through this but all they said is they will send it today…we shall see if this actually happens.Unfortunately from a great experience the first time when we ordered the rings to not a good experience at all. I wouldn’t recommend this store due to the customer support.

I have just visited the Inverness branch of Chisholm Hunter and felt that I had to share my experience. For Christmas I had bought my partner a gold necklace, which I then contrived to snap and completely mangle by jamming it in the safe door of our holiday apartment. When I went into Chisholm Hunter I was prepared to pay to have the necklace repaired but to my utter astonishment, Anne and the manageress Julie, took my breath away by telling me that, as a loyal and valued customer, I would have a brand new replacement sent directly to my home. I am not ashamed to admit that this brought a tear to my eye. My faith in human kindness and in the retail industry has been completely restored. My gratitude to Anne, Julie and all at Chisholm Hunter is immeasurable. Please keep up the amazing work.

I want to say Thank you" to Chisholm Hunter. I have bought couple of nice items which are really my favorites. And another time I also got refund happily when I want to return ear rings. Not like other small local jewellery shops where I had been very unhappy."

I have just had three rings (wedding/engagement and eternity ring) returned after being resized. The rings have been cleaned, the diamonds polished and presented in beautiful boxes. Anne was very helpful and this was not the first time I had a repair carried out. First Class service, lovely shop and staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to choose a jewellers.
