I've bought an otoscope on october 2018 and I never received it. They told me there was a problem with the delivery and it was out of stock. Then I asked for a refund that I am still waiting... I contacted several people by email and phone who never responded to my request.I'm tired of waiting for something as simple as a refund. I think they do not want to pay me back and they are thieves. I strongly advise against anyone to buy here. You will never receive your order and you will never be refunded.

Absolutely horrible company.. I was waiting for my order over 2 months and after all arrived incomplete.I was going to give 1 star only, however the person I spoke with was very helpful and as a compensation offered some freebies.However if you need something to be delivered on time, better avoid this company.

Been trying to get hold of this company. W e are a South African based company and i have ordered instruments on 8 Jan 2019 already. Paid for it and now we do not hear a single thing from them. I have sent emails and no one replies. Absolutely shocking service.
