Very Bazaar Leicester

Lovely little shop that has a great variety of items related to new age, buddhism, occult etc As a witch, it's nice to have a local place to source things like candles, incense, tarot etc.

Absolutely beautiful little treasure trove. The staff are lovely and helpful, the products are beautiful and well priced. Love it, will definitely be back :)

Been there couple of times. Shop has adequate variety for its size, smells nice too however.Staff seemed unprofessional and rather grumpy. Lack of knowledge on the products they sell.The energy didnt seem right, which makes sense after all the gossiping behind the till until a customer comes to interrupt them to make a purchase feeling like a 5th leg for a dog, a little awkward.

Was in here this morning for the 1st time and I loved it, a fabulous shop so many beautiful crystals and bits to chose from... I could've stayed for hours.... if I ever visit Leicester again, I'll be back

Their shop had a decent range of Crystals, although they could’ve done with a better variety of Larger stones. Way too many small ones.However, my review isn’t based on their range of stuff. It’s actually as being their last customer to their shop yesterday, having arrived at their shop at 17:21 and having left at 17:33 (3 minutes past their closing time) and since I’m highly intuitive and spiritual, I could sense their impatience growing and their language turning from polite to hurry up in a rude but subtle way.For me the icing on the cake was just as I walked out, the young lady with smooth long hair (with her ears pointed out & I wish I knew her name) banged the shop door shut behind me. They are as rude as the clearly woke reviews suggest. Won’t ever visit this shop again.

The shop is lovely - it gives the impression as if it's really tiny, even though it has lots of stuff in it.

Very bazaar was my mums favourite shop when she was young and she has passed that love onto me. Its a beautiful trove of oddities and every wall, corner and shelf is full of treasure. The staff are really knowledgeable too so if you go in looking for help with a specific issue in mind, they'll be able to find the crystal, incense or charm you need to feel more secure with the help of mother nature. I like also that they don't crowd and let you come to them rather than pouncing and trying to sell you something.

They assumed that I was going to steal something - being the only person of colour in the shop and the only person followed around.I went in to buy a fan because of the hot weather and then browsed the rest of the shop. I was followed by one of the staff and watched the whole time. I got to the front desk I got accused by the woman at the till of taking a bracelet and she even pressed an alarm to alert other staff overthen asked the woman who had been following me if she saw me take a bracelet. She said no - that the woman at the till got the hand signal she did for fan mixed up with bracelet but why are you signaling what I picked up whilst I was still shopping? Assuming that I wasn’t going to pay for what I picked up.Don’t buy from here they’re racist.
