Not friendly or in anyway helpful,plus the sales representative I spoke to in this store lied about the EE returns policy and was extremely dismissive of me. Definitely think they need retraining when it comes to customer service. Not impressed as I have had amazing service from the representatives in Cheltenham, who then sorted my issue without a problem.

After a very poor customer service experience with another network provider I when in store to EE. From start to finish the service was excellent 10/10 5* Robert could not do enough for me he took the time to go into detail on any questions I had above and beyond thankz

Very helpful staff think his name was Robert. He was easy to talk to and knew everything I asked him about. Help me work out the best deal, which made it clear and easy. Give me the number to text my old network to get the information needed to move over to EE. He also made me feel safe with the way things are with Cov19 by wiping surfaces and sanitising stuff before giving it over to you.

Very helpful staff in Connswater shopping centre. Only one problem, as I have rheumatoid arthritis I need a higher seat, and preferably one with a back support, as I fell off onto my back when trying to stand up from the stool supplied, not hurt, but might have been. I now bring a seatedrollator to sit on.

Staff are more than welcoming. At least they are honest and told us to stay with the deal we had.Like a bit of true facts. That is why we have being going here since it opened as Orange.

Chris is actually brilliant, had to catch a boat and I'd smashed my phone. He helped me upgrade very quick with no fuss and set up my new iPhone

Really helpful staff- the manager helped me to find the best case and screen protector for my new Google Pixel 6, and then was able to point me towards the best member of staff to help me apply the screen protector as unfortunately I have very shaky hands due to medication and so struggle with that kind of task. Staff were knowledgeable and really friendly. Great service.

Very helpful. Have been with EE/Orange for over 12 years so have very good experiences with them. Staff is always friendly no matter how unusual your question is - I'm a technophobe so they have always been great when explaining new stuff to me.
