Bought my wedding and once I was home I noticed it had seamstress chalk on certain areas.. I couldn't get straight back to the shop because I live in Stockport.. when I did go back the ladies couldn't do enough to help. They've got me a new dress and posting it out for me.. I really recommend this shop. Beautiful unique clothes and lovely helpful staff 5*

Fantastic experience at this store. Staff extremely helpful and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Nothing was to much trouble including keeping my 3 year old Grandson Rory occupied. Came out of the shop after over an hour of trying different outfits with the perfect dress for my daughters wedding in December. Thanks for all your help.Kathryn Fergusson.

I have been to John Lewis and Roman and no assistant came near me. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted for my daughter’s wedding and was, quite frankly, dreading this experience. I needn’t have worried the lady in the shop was marvellous, bringing different styles to see which suited me best. She was great and I came out with an outfit that made me feel great. I would highly recommend this shop.

Having been in a few shops that day looking for a dress for my wife ( daughters wedding) visiting Chesca was a breath of fresh air. The lady who attended her was brilliant and cokldnt have been more helpfull. After 45 minutes my wife had a dress that didn't cost the earth a shawl 20% discount and a smile on her face.

I went into the Chester store in hope of finding a mother of the bride outfit in a plus size. I was so happy to find several outfits that fitted my criteria. The ladies in the shop were so helpful and patient and allowed me time and space to chose the right outfit, including hat and bag. We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Sally and Jo for being so accommodating! We had the most amazing experience in their shop, they couldn’t have been more helpful. The whole time felt so relaxed and we had a lot of fun. Both my Mum and Grandma found their outfits for my wedding and they both looked beautiful! If we could give them 6 stars we would! Fabulous shop. Many thanks to anthea and marion who were really patient and in no way pushy. We travelled through from Manchester so I could buy a dress for my landmark birthday. We were made to feel really welcome and I bought a lovely dress which I am really happy with. Thanks again. Would recommend if you need a lovely special occasion outfit.
