Love the stuff in here. Well organised shop, polite staff and beautiful items. Certain things are a little bit too expensive.

Only been in this Next shop once but overwhelmed and I found it wasn't easy to find what I wanted. Keep in mind it was Christmas when I went in and it was incredibly busy.

A well laid out store showing all the modern furnishings you could have for your home. Living room, dining room, bedroom and lighting. Although over priced.

Full of delightful things but getting a bit stale in their furniture. It just same, same, same. Not much thought goes into what they sell.

For a big shop there's not enough staff on the tills you have to queue for ages, woman's clothes look awful , the home section isn't big enough should of left it where it was much nicer.

We recently ordered mens suits for our wedding ,once they were ordered the jackets arrived but the trousers were delayed beyond the 28 days we had to return the jackets . We also decided we needed two more of the suits but we’re struggling to order on line . We went into store at the Merry Hill Centre . We had a shop assistant called Racheal . She was amazing . She sorted everything out for us with the back order . Trousers arrived perfect match to jackets ,she also told me when next available stock was due . She then contacted us to say stock was now showing on line . We ordered and managed to get what we needed . Racheal was first class sales assistant . She went above and beyond what we expected . Thank you

Love shopping at this next has alot of variety of products can be a little expensive though, but I like the products they sell, there is a Costa upstairs too nice and cosy.

A small Next@home however they have plenty of stock of everything and if you get the right time, plenty of good discounts on all things across many ranges. Plenty of staff on hand to help you and answer your questions.

Great selection,friendly staff, lovely new store, free parking and a Costa, what more can you need!
