I just had a chicken Bánh mì and felt compelled to leave a review. Excellent value, absolutely delicious, and big enough to feed a fat horse. I will definitely be back...maybe tomorrow. Do yourself a favour and give these lovely people your money!

You know the food is good when they have an actual 5 star rating on Google.My word, the tastiest banh mi I've ever had. Opted for the vegan squash and then also got the aubergine one, and they were sensational.Generous portions, a properly stuffed sandwhich, and great value. Shout out to our server because it's all very well having tasty ingredients, but he actually put the sandwhich together so well and evenly spread...if you know, you know.It's a 1.5 hr drive for me to get here, but I will be driving back just for this again.Excellent business, which is well deserving of the 5 star review.

As a Bahn Mi enthusiast, I heartily recommend a trip to Earl's - even if you've never tried this perfect Vietnamese sandwich before. That balance of crunch, saltiness, spiciness and freshness is in every mouthful.

My favourite on-the-go lunch in Brighton!! The bánh mì are such good quality - lovely soft bread with a crispy crust and no skimping on the delicious fillings!! I really recommend the hoisin mushroom option.If you’re not big on bread, Earl’s also do rice noodle salads which are great value for the portion size!! They come with your choice of topping plus pickles, fresh cucumber, lime, coriander (which can be removed if you’re sensitive to it like I am!) and a really well-balanced zesty dressing to drizzle over.The service here is kind and friendly too. An easy 5-star review!! ✨

Wow. The meatball banh mi was insanely good. £7 is good value for the size and how good it tasted. I only work round the corner and can see this becoming one of my lunch staples from now on. Friendly chaps who work there too

I got this huge mixed vegan kimchi bành mí for £7.50! It has kimchi, maggi tofu, squash, aubergine, spinach, and edamame pâté. The vegan banh mi I’ve tried at other places has been so boring but this was scrumptious: so flavourful, a little spicy, crunchy. Perfect to have by the beach on a sunny day which is what we did. My partner got the pork char siu. The pork was so tender and juicy. Portions were huge so I had mine for breakfast and lunch, too! I will definitely be going back to try make my way through the entire menu!

Been wanting to try this place for a while and I’m so glad I finally did! The Banh Mi is unreal and full of flavour. Both the pork and the chicken Banh Mi are very nice.

We had just arrived in Brighton to have a first meal and went to Earl by chance.The Banh Mi's were absolutely delicious. Fresh, spicy, crispy bread - simply excellent! 5 star reward.The owner (Earl?) is a nice guy and we had a little chat. He prepared the food very fast.The location is very small, two persons can sit outside and 2 or 3 on the inside, but that's no problem. It's mainly concepted for Take-Away, I think. It is located very central.Top!
